If you are wondering “I wonder how I can get strains off my mattress” let me tell you that was me earlier this month, i decided to call this company and see what they would say, I was told they would be there 9am but arrived late, but he did call 20 min before arriving . So I get that life happens but a heads up would have been nice so I could have gone and done my errands, anywhooo he was very nice and he was able to remove the stains, wish I had taken photos but it was great.
