We had leaking pool equipment and problems with our pump motor. GL Pools diagnosed the problem and recommended the best solution for our budget. They helped us prioritize things we needed to repair along with things we need to keep an eye on and budget for as our equipment is aging and nearing end of life. They let us know about the equipment options without trying to upsell us on things we didn't need. They also provided info and estimates on equipment that we can upgrade later if we want.

We really appreciate their honesty and we have been really happy with the quality installation of the equipment. Our water and electric bill went down and our neighbors are happy with how quiet our pump motor is. I'd highly recommend GL Pools.

Getting a nice clear photo of my nice clean pool each week is very comforting. I don't have to "wonder if they came". They always come and they always do a great job, boney fo the dog too. Great at communication and very dependable.

Great operation all around. I receive a summary of the service provided every week via email with pictures showing how beautifully clean my pool and jacuzzi are. I have used GL pools now for over a year. At the start (first few months) our time and service person was in flux. It changed from week to week. Over the last 8 months it seems my person has been the same one. He is very polite, professional and thorough in treating my pool. Chris takes the time in the summer to do everything for our pool. The Winter schedule is different and he again works hard and does all
the things I have asked of him to make sure the pool is clean and clear. He shares with me the Cyanuric acid levels with me when I ask and keeping that down has kept the deep dark blue I like from our grey bottom color. Other service providers did poor jobs or didn’t take the job because it was a grey bottom. I have the Delux plan in the summer and maintenance plan in the fall. So far very happy with my pool service.

We have been using GL Pools for many, many years. They are professional, friendly, and trustworthy. If we ever have a problem with any of our equipment they respond immediately to help us. The very best! We would never change companies after working with GL Pools.

Find another company. We used GL Pools for a few years. In that time, they twice sent someone out to our working pool for regular maintenance, but when the person left I received an email stating that the pool was no longer working and I needed to pay $150 to have them figure out what was wrong with the pool. It was literally like a ransom note to pay to get my pool working again. My pool WAS working before they came. The first time, we forgave the situation because they fixed it. The second time, after threatening to make them pay the bill for another company to come fix it, they came and fixed it. It literally took minutes and was a simple spring that the technician must have moved when he was cleaning the pool. Now we are with a new pool company!

The GL Pools staff are super friendly and happy to explain what needs to be done. Our service Rep Jeff is absolutely amazing. Very friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend GL Pools for your service needs!

GL pools does a great job, we have never had any water quality issues. Brian our Pool service rep does an amazing job. Not the cheapest pool company, but reliable, consistent, and no issues.

I have had GL Pools maintaining my pool since our pool restoration 2 years ago. They are always on time and give sufficient notice prior to their arrival. Marc has been our guy for the majority of this time and I have had the opportunity to watch him when he doesn’t know I’m there. He is efficient, thorough and does an exceptional job each and every time. I’ve had several other companies who either up charge on everything or don’t even bother to show up. This has never happened with GL Pools. I highly recommend them.

Have really appreciated gl pools. They're always really nice and we have random questions sometimes. They've taken care of our pool since it was built. The weekly emails help me too. All the techs have been great and Adriana is our latest. 10/10 recommend.

Called GL Pools for an estimate. I received a fast response and he scheduled the estimate quickly. Upon meeting with Ryan he was professional and seemed knowledgeable about our equipment. He provided us with a detailed estimate and took pictures of our pool which was presented in the estimate (very nice). I will definitely contacting Ryan for their service.

GL Pools are professionals in cleaning my pool. Always notify me before arriving courteous, answer any questions I may have and leave my pool looking crystal clear every time!
