Today Elite Heating & Air Conditioning Services came to our home and replaced and installed a new heating system.
Cuahutli Garcia, Owner/Operator and Osiel Garcia, Installer did an amazing job, very thorough, very professional and very knowledgeable with the scope of work that was completed. The job also required some changes that were taken care of.
Judy Luu, their Assistant was here as well, taking photos as the job was taking place, to ensure that everything was running smoothly and completed in accordance to specifications.
I would highly recommend this company and I give them a five star rating.

Elite arrived on time and serviced both our central HVAC as well as our mini-split HVAC. Effort included inspecting filters and cleaning the filter in the mini-split. Both heat exchangers were inspected as well as coolant levels. Heating and cooling functions were tested in both systems. Work was done efficiently. Pleased with service.

Elite HVAC was awesome!!! Cuahutli was the installer - super professional and polite, and explained everything he was doing. The unit is very quiet and the cool air feels amazing! The workers were efficient and could not be happier with our new unit! Highly recommend these guys!

I had a wiring issue I thought was small for an electrician so I called the electrician - when he arrived he said he was not authorized to fix thermostat wiring issues so he recommended Elite HVAC. I called and Cuahutli showed up on time and right away. He not only solved my problem but did a thorough check of my system and offered some suggestions that were incredibly helpful. He cleaned up really great after he finished and was a professional from start to finish. I will call him again for any future needs withouth hesitation. For is time and work I thought his fee was entirely reasonable.

Cuahutil came out and ran me through a few options. He even put the parts on my condenser to test them out before seeing what was feasible. After getting a couple quotes, I got the sense Cuahitil just wanted to earn on honest dollar and get paid for work as we chose, no pressure or fear mongering. Would recommend.

Had a great experience with elite! I called for a service repair the evening before and elite showed up first thing in the morning the next day. I've been having sporadic problems with my heater running but not heating and / or blowing air. It may start working later in the day when it heats up outside or, the next day when I turn it on to heat - - I leave the heater off at night and once the house has come to temp, 70 or 71 for me.

I finally decided to call for help - Cuahutli showed up a few hours later and dived right into things after we discussed the situation. Cuahutli quickly but thoroughly assessed the problem then explained everything to me. The cause, the fix and the technology behind my system - which he was more than happy to dummy down for me. Elite HVAC is a company that wants to educate the community. Now I know what to do when this problem happens again and why.
