I have been using Jerry's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc, for a couple years now. They always respond and service quickly! An amazing company! I highly recommend them!

Had an appointment scheduled for estimate on a new furnace since the one we have broke down. They gave me a 2 hour window for the appointment and told them to call me on my cell to let me know when they are on their way. No one showed up, so I called them, and the response was we called you to let you know the tech was stuck in traffic and could not make it to the 3:00pm appointment before he gets off from work at 3:30pm. I guess they called my house number instead of my cell per instructions. I questioned why they did not call me cell per instructions and I told her this was disappointing considering they were a referral. Her response was we had a lot of cold people to help. I replied with, I am also one of those cold people. Did not get any better from that point, and since it was a Friday; I had to wait till Monday for them to come out. Sorry but I will have someone else earn my business.

We have commercial rentals and Jerry's Heating & Air Conditioning has always been there for us. Tenants can be very demanding when the don't have heat or A/C and Jerry always makes the extra effort to respond as soon as possible and he is very knowledgeable and quickly diagnoses the problem and solves it. I couldn't be more pleased.

My A/C had not been working for over 10 Yrs. I called Jerry's, made an appointment. The men came on time , introduced themselves (Alvin and Steve) and went work after I talked about what I wanted , hopefully, and In what seemed no time at all my A/C was working. The price was more than fair and the men where very friendly. I will recommend Jerry's to everyone I know Thank you Alvin and Steve

Beware and stay away from this company. They have extremely poor workmanship, extremely poor customer service. I had a new heater installed and apparently they forgot to tape the ducting and it came apart. As you can see in the picture below, there are NO sign of tape to hold it together. See the sloppy mess that they left. No wonder my air conditioner has not been working properly. Now, they want $100 plus dollars to come out and connect it! Don't waste your time or money on this company.

Always fast, reasonable and does a great job. We've used Jerry's Heating and Cooling for jobs at our home, business and church for many years now and never had a problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I rarely if ever write reviews on anything good or bad. But in this case, there was no question, I needed to tell everyone how wonderful this company is. I was really hesitant to call. I was scared to be taken advantage of. But it was going on almost a week with no a.c. in Santee, in the summer. I called and explained and she was so nice and fit Garrett in the next morning. He was so professional and totally honest with me and fixed my a.c. He was straight up, didn't try and up sale me or talk me into anything. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price.
I'm so glad I called this company. FYI I read all the reviews too, and the couple on here that aren't stellar reviews are for ridiculous reasons and not totally true! Just say'in ..... Thank you.

My water heater started pouring water out the bottom and needed replacing. Jerry's heating and air sent out 2 of the nicest techs that I have ever had the pleasure of working with, Josh and Jeff. They spent an entire day at my place installing a new w/h. The job had some pain in the butt issues plus some cuts and banged up knuckles but the guys just kept on smiling and expressing a warm and friendly attitude, repeating "no problem" and "happy to do it for you" over and over again when I would ask "can you do this or that". A couple days later Josh returned with my new heating unit along with 2 other gentlemen (sorry I can't remember their names) who were just as friendly and professional as my first 2 guys. I highly recommend Jerry's company and give their techs my highest appreciation, they turned a really bad day into a delightful experience. If I could give Josh 10 stars I would, such an awesome guy!
