In addition to an absolutely wonderful job, they were professional, efficient, and answered all my questions. A delight to work with. I love my new split unit. It looks so good. Ray repaired a Freon leak and replaced electronic controller that failed to activate the HVAC fan. 2 other AC components replaced. Amazing same day service!

Ray performed the services at my commercial building on time and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Ray for any type of air conditioning repairs. Other bids that I received were to replace the units rather than Ray’s they are working terrific and that’s all through Ray’s knowledge.

We went through the home warranty company and was assigned RR Heating & Air Conditioning. I got a call minutes after the request went in, an appointment same day and within hours of when I initiated the request. I asked to have it done at a certain time to ensure kid pick up was not delayed. Totally responsive and on time.
The Technician was great he explained everything to my wife to ensure she knew the issue and how to do preventive maintenance (keep it clean).

Super happy with the service. They showed up to my Santee income property when they said they would, figured out the issue fast, and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Heater is blowing hot again and the house feels great. Fair price and easy to work with. Would definitely call them again.
