Tinh is great: competent lawn and landscape care from a hard-working, straight forward, polite crew.

I had the unfortunate experience of a large tree root grow through two sprinkler lines. Tinh and his team had it repaired at a fair price in a couple of days. Highly recommend!

Tinh was very responsive, friendly, and always prompt. Tinh and his coworker mowed my back yard every other week and always did a great job! Tinh always replied to my text if I needed something for my yard and overall I would hire him again! I recently had to part ways due to life but if I had the chance to hire him again I would!!

We hired these guys to do a large commercial project they came out when they said they would they did exactly what they said they would do and the price was better than most other bids we got I have to say overall 10 out of 10 these guys nailed it can't wait to have them on the next project!

We have had ACE come out for work in both the back yard and driveway and they did an amazing job while be professional and responsive to minor changes in the plans as the project was progressing. If you need cement work done they are the company to use!

I was referred to Blue Line by State Farm. I waited for 2 weeks to schedule an appt for a quote. I wasted 2 hours for Dale to view the damage on January 14. I was advised it would be 2 weeks to obtain a quote. I never received a quote. I contacted Dale the 2nd week of February, he advised he would look and call me back. Dale did not call back. I contacted Dale again, Feb 23, Dale apparently lost all the data and cannot provide a quote. Needless to say I have no idea of the quality of his work, but his up front work was sloppy and negligent. I have advised State Farm as they should not be recommending nonprofessionals.

Blue Line Builders were amazing in helping us renovate after two incidents of water damage. In both cases, they were very responsive and provided amazingly detailed estimates that were acceptable to our insurance company. And the prices were quite reasonable.

At the same time, Blue Line Builders provided excellent quality work. Kevin, the designer/project manager helped me choose tiles, paint colors, cabinets, handles, faucets, etc. He studied current trends to make our house super marketable. As a result, we sold the house promptly with no issues. Thank you so very much!

Had a positive meeting with owner Dan on Oct 29 for over an hour, fully described what we were looking for, definitely not an ordinary remodel and would require some custom carpentry to match existing. Dale seemed to understand what we were looking for, and said we would start by demo of some drywall to see what was inside.

We'd had that wall open before and we told him what he would find but were okay with this being the first step. In the contract, it did state: "This estimate is for exploratory work only. To inspect the wall for structural, wiring and any plumbing in the wall. This estimate in no way is a guarantee that we will repair or continue with the proposed remodel of Plan B. This estimate is for demo only. Blue Line Builders may elect not to proceed with Plan B due to structural issues's." We went ahead and paid for the demo that we had already marked out on the wall and frankly could have easily done ourselves.

The young man that did the work was very polite and tidy. He took a bunch of pics while he was here. Waited 2 weeks, emailed Blueline twice to find out about next steps. Dan eventually replied he would need to "re-inspect what was opened up and see if this project would be something I would want to get involved in." I was concerned when I read this because I knew nothing was discovered structurally to have them decide not to perform this work--why start if you never intended to continue without justification? Why waste each others' time?

Dan came out 20 Nov, was here less than 5 min, said he needed his worker to come out and remove more insulation in the ceiling to get a good idea of the load bearing wall. So the same young man came out again, and removed a good chunk of my insulation to make the attic area visible. And thats it. Haven't heard from them since. I have a 4.5ftX7ft hole in my entry and am now looking for another contractor. I don't know why they started if this did not seem to be the kind of job that fit their schedule/kind of remodel. They learned nothing from tearing open the drywall that would have led them to decide not to continue to work with us. I wish they would have just said no, not interested.

UPDATE: After this review, Dale contacted me and said this was not the experience he wanted me to have, and offered to come back free of charge to patch the hole. I declined but told him I appreciated the offer. I asked him to be more frank about work that may not be their bailiwick in the future, and we parted on good terms.

Cuando estuvo seco, regresaron y se hicieron cargo de todo con rapidez y limpieza.
Estoy muy agradecido a Mike y su equipo pues en esos momentos que te encuentras tan agobiado, te facilitan mucho la vida pues saben darte la seguridad y el compromiso de que van a ofrecerte la mejor solución y el mejor trabajo; y, por supuesto, cumplieron con ello.
