Open 24 hours. I called very early morning and Alex was on the job. House was flooded. He came right away. This has never happened to me so I didn’t know what to do and Alex walked me thru it all. He also came out after the job was completed with insurance to make sure everything was in order. Thank you Alex! God Bless ServPro. I highly recommend!!

I am in the service industry and it is very competitive. In this day and age it is very difficult to find a company that iis as caring and professional as this one. They are honestly amazing! I had a leak from my icemaker that turned out to be alot more damaging than I expected. The owner, Alex, was so accommodating and professional I was amazed. My service tech was Isaac. I was so impressed with his knowledge and level of professionalism for such a young man. I highly recommend Servpro Santee/Lakeside to anyone that has flood or fire damage.

Serve Pro of Santee/Lakeside helped us out with our "little flood" from the second floor to the first floor. The staff was amazing starting with the initial phone call, throughout all details, boxing up our personal items, taking care of all the damage and then restoring and unboxing our items and making our rooms look good as new!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They responded immediately to my roof leak that caused flooding in my attic and in my master bedroom upstairs. They prevented the damage I had from getting extremely worse. They were on the scene within an hour of my frantic phone call.

In the evening of Wednesday, November 20, I discovered large water spots on my second-floor master bedroom ceiling. Turns out I had a broken tile that was letting a tremendous amount of stormwater into my attic which was seeping down into my insulation and through my master bedroom ceiling. They secured the affected area and prevented the damage from getting much worse. They installed dehumidifiers and air blowers to dry up the wet area and prevent mold/mildew. They ripped out the soggy insulation in the attic. Lastly, they came back to my house every day afterward and checked on the progress of drying things out. They took measurements of the dampness and left the equipment there until everything was completely dry.

All in all I could not be happier with their immediate response and their professionalism. Go with this company at this location. I worked with Zach Miller, and he was awesome. He always answered my phone calls and responded immediately to every text message I sent him. Tremendous professionalism.

ServPro of Santee responded immediately to our emergency via our insurance company. Arrived, assessed, and completely took control. All employees were professional and courteous. The correction to our situation was handled as quickly as possible. Water damage was dried, mold remediated, and all damage removed including drywall and complete shower. This rating would have 5 star except, the machines they had to use were extremely noisy and continuous for about 7 days. All charges were handled thru insurance company. Highly recommend ServPro of Santee.

I had a flood in the middle of the night in my apartment that ruined my kitchen cabinets and floors. I wasn’t sure I was going to get any help at 1 in the morning but Isaac answered the phone and was there in about 30 minutes. Servpro helped me talk to my insurance company and even rebuilt everything after the flood was cleaned up. Highly recommend these guys!

We started dealing with ServPro after a fire in our storage unit. At first the project manager was personable and sounded helpful, but here we are 8 months later, and ServPro has still not provided the photos of the lost items nor was their inventory of lost items even remotely complete. For example, we had about 120 books lost. They listed about 20. Entire boxes of items were missing from their inventory, and the contents of some boxes was incorrect. We are having trouble completing our insurance claim because the documentation we were promised is missing.

I had a kitchen fire in my home in March. ServPro handled the total restoration for the damage done to my home. They coordinated with the other companies to bring my home back to normal in an expedited manner. They were professional, courteous, careful with my things, communicated well and most empathetic to my situation. I can not say enough good things about this company. Alex Morena and all his staff have my deepest gratitude and admiration for a job well done.

Alex and his team were fantastic, VERY communicative and reachable by phone/email during and after the project, and the craftsmanship of all the work was impeccable. They replaced our hardwood floors after water damage as well as some of our walls. We are located in University Heights near Balboa Park and never had any issues with timeliness of contractors arriving on time to complete the work. The other aspect I found unique and wonderful to how ServPro completed their work was the teaching that went on with the managing contractor to those just learning the trade. They were clear in describing both why and how to complete certain aspects of the project to ensure that ServPro continues to only offer the best quality work. I cannot recommend Alex and his team enough for all your restoration needs!

We recently had a flood that required all of our personal belongings to be removed from our house. The first company we called said they could take care of the water damages but would have to being in other business to move all of our things. We had an awesome experience with Servpro Santee/ Lakeside when we had a slab leak! We are new homeowners and this was our first experience with any kind of homeowner catastrophe, so having Servpro help us out was great! They were prompt and helped us get our water dried up. They took the time to explain to us how the drying technology worked and assured us that they would make sure everything was to satisfaction prior to removing the drying devices.
