Stain around the toilet, not clean. My front door porch doesn’t look like it was cleaned at all. It looks almost like before cleaning. Called 4 x and I was promised a return visit to take care. But never happened. I called several times again. My phone calls were not answered. A horrible company. Prices was almost 3x compared to the price that told me in the phone just like happened to the other reviewers. Please check other reviewers before you hire this company

I’ve used these guys a few times I get there mailers from the monthly Valpak. Nice young men very sweet and helpful. I’m a single mom they’re always polite and help move all my light furniture. They have never tried to pressure me into extras they go over all my options and let me choose I’ve always been happy with there service and cleaning. Sometimes they can get busy with traffic delays etc but they never flake and always call I’ve tried quite a few cleaners they are the best in my opinion thanks quality n crew

Bait and switch; got coupon in mail to steamclean two rooms for $45. They said that in order to remove the stains on my carpet I needed the $350 service that included pre treatment. The entire job was completed in less than half an hour ( two large rooms, 20 stairs, one large sofa chair and sofa seats and pillows). The job was aweful; we had spilled soup on sofa and it still smelled like soup. When I called to complain they told me to email them and I never heard back from them. Terrible service, terrible customer service; don't waste your money- Call someone else!

We booked a appointment with quality carpet care. There technician showed up on time. He cleaned the carpet within a reasonable time. This company went above and Beyond for the carpet service they did for us. Highly recommend there great quality service

My carpet is only 18 months old and needed to be cleaned to maintain the warranty. The job included one small bedroom and stairs only 3 feet wide. I was told $105. Coupon states they will do ANY SIZE WHOLE HOUSE for that price. I was not happy about the price but needed to get it done. There were no spots but I told them when the house was spray textured and the stairs got some over-spray on the edges and a lot of dust. Tech said ok. When they were finished and after I paid, THEN he said they did not remove that little bit spray at the carpet edge (it is water soluble). They had not even tried to clean it as the carpet was not even damp on the edges. They were here 30 minutes from the time they rang the doorbell until they drove off. Maybe worked 15 minutes for $105. It was a total scam!

I called a few other companies before trying Quality carpet care, and I have to say they had the best service. Scheduling the appointment was simple and easy. Jason gave me an estimated time on when the technicians would be arriving. The service was quick and easy, and my carpet is clean!!!! I will definitely call them again in 6 months!!!

I called about my white couch and Tony did a fantastic job bringing it back to life! While he was at my house for the couch I also asked about my four bedroom carpets and he was able clean them same day. I was very pleased with his job. He was very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend!

I chose Quality Carpet Care base on the great reviews. These guys are the real deal. Tony and David are more experience and knowledgeable than your average carpet cleaner. They were both extremely nice, professional and did a fantastic job. Our carpets were really dirty and we had a few pet stains. Tony took the time to clean them twice - they now look brand new! I would highly recommend Quality Carpet Care.

I hired them to do a full spring cleaning these guys are very reasonable compared to other outfits. They send 2 people that have worked with the company for 15-16 years or so. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They took their time and deep cleaned my whole house they cleaned my carpet, tile, upholstery, drapes, ducts. I highly recommend this outfit they do free estimates and also give senior and military discounts

Called Quality Carpet Care they were very responsive and scheduled me immediately. I they were able to get all the stains out of my carpet and my rugs. I also had them do some cleaning on my travertine stone in my kitchen. They also cleaned the travertine stone and pool coping in the backyard. Their work was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Cleaned my whole house carpet, area rugs and tile grout. 2 polite gentlemen showed up on time and took there time cleaning all. Will definitely recommend these guys they have the experience

Had called them last minute after another company flaked on us. They answered right away. The service rep had 2 techs come out same day since I had moved all my furniture and saved us. They went over all our options and estimates before starting any work. The techs were very kind and professional. They were very knowledgeable on stain removal. Our carpets and tile looked better than any other carpet cleaner had ever left them before. All in all these are my new guys from now on

Jim Graham did a great job of cleaning our area rug. It was only a small job but he was prompt and courteous.

Our experience was just amazing with Jim. He was meticulous as he went about his work with rigor and attention to detail. We had 3 couches and a rug cleaned and the results were great.

Our carpets were in need of cleaning due to pet stains. Jim was prompt, very nice and did a wonderful job. The stains are gone and the carpets look fresh and clean.

I was so happy with my service. I had made the costly mistake the last time I had my carpets cleaned of using a "specialty company" . They had claimed to experts on pet stains. They were unable to do as they had promised. I was charged over $1000.00 dollars for 3 rooms. This was calculated per spot ! Which still remained. Jim arrived this Saturday on time and ready to get the job done. He was able to remove stains the others could not. In addition he did far more areas they I had received the quote for at no additional charge. This time of year every dollar counts, and Jim truly gave me the best gift of all! A spotless home for the holidays. I will be a loyal client forever!!
