I made an appointment over a week in advance for carpet cleaning. I asked for a confirmation and was told that it wasn't necessary and the technician would be here between 8am and 10am on the stipulated date. The technician never arrived. I called customer service twice and was twice told they would get back to me. They never got back to me. Don't count on this company to show up or follow-up.
