Kevin comes highly recommended. He has performed monthly yard maintenance, planting trees and trimming, removal and several other critical landscaping tasks to help keep our yard looking great.

He is a hard worker, honest and fair with regards to estimates and billing. Kevin also possess excellent communication skills.

Very appreciative of having someone like Kevin looking after our landscaping needs.

We asked Kevin and his team to help us install sod and pavers. I've attached photos of the result. We were extremely happy with the work, responsiveness, pricing ... pretty much everything:
- They came before installation date with sod and pavers so that work would be completed on time
- They went above and beyond the call of duty adjusting my broken gate, burying my sump pump pipe and fixing/ensuring my sprinklers were working when they left. This is even after I kept telling them that they didn't have to do these things since they were broken before they arrived. We did end up hiring them to fix the gate properly as we customers should not get used to freebies. They deserve to be paid for their labors but I state this to show by example how hardworking and professional they are.
- They did not give us *the* lowest quote but we went with them anyway because they struck us has trustworthy and hardworking. I still feel I got more than I bargained for.

Very poor customer service experience and miscommunication from the beginning. Their third-party install and delivery company should be fired.

This store truly has the worst customer service. They do not have personnel to answer the phone, and even when I have a completed quote for flooring install, it is impossible to get them to schedule it. Take you business elsewhere if you have the option.

Love the place especially if you are into gardening

I've been waiting for over six months for homedepot to come and fix my windows that's been installed by them. They leak. So here you have it the power of home depot- we'll sell you and then don't give a @($:&" about you.

They consistently were making errors on my flooring project that I paid for them to do. Their estimator couldn't read Measure and perform math. spent a few hours trying to fix their mistake. The first delivery was 5 hours late and the driver wouldn't help bring the delivery into the home. Learned the second day of the install of the wrong measurements. HD said they would delivery the right materials before noon to fix the mistake, they never showed and I learned never even attempted to deliver. I do give credit to JW flooring who was contracted by HD. They had great customer service and made numerous attempts to work with HD to fix the problem to complete the job. Unfortunately HD doesn't even respect the people they are contracted with.

I have tried 3 different time slots, early morning, my lunch break, and evening to sit down with someone and get a flooring and window treatment quote. Each attempt has not produced a quote. One time I stood at the help desk in that department for a half an hour. The associates could not find the one person who trained to help me and told me that there was nothing they could do and I would have to come back another time. The other two times I tried I waited around for over 25 minutes because the one person in that department was busy. I had to leave because of needing to get to work. I even tried calling one time to see if I could get a quote but the only result was a hold time of 40 minutes before abandoning the call.
