Needed my window cleaned as part of moving out, the windows we're very dirty due to living on a dirt road. Travis did an awesome job getting them spotless as well as cleaning screens and tracks. Always answered the phone, was on time and competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend them. I was pleased and very happy with the quality and the results of their service. Definitely am using them from now on.

Overcharged for service and charged us way over what was quoted or expected. They had our credit card on file so they just charged what they wanted and not what was agreed upon. Quality of service was not great (didn’t even take compost out). We specifically asked for no more than one girl (it’s a small house and we wanted time for a load of laundry) and they sent three and then overcharged. The house is very small and does not need three girls so my guess is we paid for someone to stand around while they finished laundry. Their explanation for the overcharge was folding a small load of laundry and doing dishes (there is one person living there and we only own a set of 4 dishes and there is a dishwasher if it was more than that).

Just in case we haven’t said this recently, we feel so blessed that we found your company 7 years ago when we moved to Sebastopol. We trust your staff implicitly and they always do such a great job. We are both retired so not having to be responsible for housecleaning frees up our time for other pursuits such as taking care of our grandson, volunteering at our church and Gold Ridge Fire Dept. We really appreciate all of you!

The service this company provides is fast, friendly, and fragrance-free. I have severe chemical sensitivity and this company uses only vinegar water to do all of their cleaning for me. They have other non-toxic products available as well if one wishes, but this is what works best for me. I have been very happy with their work. Highly recommended!

I LOVE Chrystal Clear! I found them while looking around for a replacement for my neighborhood cleaner who wasn't working out for me. It was supposed to be temporary until I found a new independent cleaner. That was 9 years ago now and I can't look back. Definitely a winner in my book.

Crystal Clear deserves more than the five star rating. They are thorough and trustworthy. After having them clean our house for over a year, I have yet to find a flaw in their service. I highly recommend them.

I signed up for a “deep clean renewal” ~ when I got home and did a walk through, I was really disappointed. Still feel bummed out honestly.

Was NoT the deep clean I anticipated and my home Did not feel “renewed” ~
no good natural essential oils or cleaners to resonate that , “I just got cleaned feeling”.

I took photos and got back to Erika right away about the disappointment ~ she took $35 off the bill.
Still paid $357.00
And that was just the downstairs of my home.
No windows. No couches being vacuumed.
No extras ~
And for reals, the floors under the couch look like they hadn’t been touched.
Super Unfortunate.

Just not up to my level for that kind of invoice. Not a great feeling of money spent.

I have always enjoyed clean environment. I have noticed as time goes by, it is more difficult for me to engage in cleaning my home the way that makes me happy. My knees, lower back & shoulders~ not to mention my waning eyesight just leave everything "so-so"! I remembered after the birth of each of my children, I had been given a month of home cleaning, and I remembered how wonderful it was~ yet at the time, I was not ready to relinquish the task. As a sixtieth birthday present to myself I decided that I would seek professional house cleaners. I am delighted to have researched, chosen, and experienced "Crystal Clear Home". Three lovely people showed up at my doorstep, and once I took them around my home~ they began their magic. My husband and I went about our own work, and several hours later we got to enjoy and sparkling home. They seemed to have their own "ballet", working together as a team, knowing what to do and making it all happen seamlessly! I am so happy to have made the decision, and right out of the gate to have found a trustworthy company that delivered! Being rather picky about my own housekeeping, I was happy to see the thorough job they did! Mission accomplished!
