I recently had Chem-Dry Carpet come in and do my carpets. Since I'm getting ready for the holidays. They did a great job and were very efficient. I would highly recommend them to others.

FLAT OUT LIARS and FALSE ADVERTISING. Guaranteed they will pay money to have this review removed. They came in and the guy charged me $230 dollars to clean 2 area rugs. I left the house and they left 10 minutes after me, before I could even make it back to work 2 miles away. When I got home all the rugs were stained and the rugs took 2 days to dry everything they advertise is complete BS.

They say they will have the guy come back out but he will cancel and reschedule continuously. Don't fall for the green certified because I can just about guarantee that they will not be able to provide any certification.

I will be filing a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Chem Dry is the BEST. Have been using them for years. Uriel was wonderful & left with doing some extra drying. I really appreciate Chem Dry.

My wife and I decided to have our daughter's birthday party at our home this year. Well you know what happens when a bunch of hyped up 10 year olds are running in and out of the house..... your carpets pay the consequences. With food stains and Hawaiian punch all over our carpets, we had no other choice but to reach out to a carpet cleaning company. After some research, we came across Chem-Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. This wasn't just a business, but more of a family. They were very professional, polite and extremely patient with me and all my needs and questions. There was a point that the cat got out and one of the guys ran after it and caught it. Thanks Tom.... still owe you those ARCO buy one get one free cards.

I would definitely recommend this company. If you decided to shoot them a call, make sure Brittany gets on that phone, she'll bend over backwards to make last minute appointments happen.

Chem Dry did a great job!! They worked hard, no horrid smells, stains gone. Love that their products are non toxic. Would highly recommend.

We decided to try Chem-Dry after previous carpet cleaners didn't do the job we expected. Victor and Junior were friendly, knowledgeable and did excellent work, especially in the areas that required deep cleaning. We will definitely use them again.

These guys did a great job! They were quick, thorough, and our old carpets look (almost) like new. William was terrific! I will definitely use Chem-Dry the next time.

Brian is a magician! An HONEST magician! He did a sensational job on 30-year-old carpeting that we felt was ruined. He made it look better than decent. He also declined to clean stairs that he felt was beyond anyone's capability; it simply needed replacement. He was prompt; Brittany was sensational on the phone when booking the appointment and called the day before to confirm. The estimate was almost identical to the final price. We will use Chem Dry again when their services are needed and recommend them to anyone who needs service. THANKS!

Chem dry is by far the best carpet cleaning company. I haven't had such a good experience in the past with carpet cleaning nor did I trust them. I use to by the ones from lowes or Home Depot until one day I said why not give Chem dry a try. I did and I'm so happy I did because they cleaned my carpets so well they looked brand new. Now I find myself referring all my friends and family. :)

Donny and Pedro did a great job cleaning my carpet. I have used Chem dry before but this was the best guys. The carpet looks beautiful and in apartment rentals the management company puts in cheap carpet. I will definitely request them again.

The technician arrived on time and got straight to work. He explained the condition of the vent and how it was affecting performance. After the cleaning, my dryer is working much more efficiently.

This service resolved a performance problem we could not identify ourselves. The technician explained everything clearly. The dryer now works as expected.

Good experience overall. The technician was respectful and worked carefully. I feel much better knowing the vent is clean now.
