I've been using Spectrum to take care of my pool for about 5 years and the best compliment that I can pay them is that I never even think about the status of my pool, I just use it.

Growing up I remember my dad struggling with ph tests and tablets all summer long and suffering from either a green pool or intense chlorine smell and red eyes.

Spectrum comes in every week and keeps things so clean and balanced I've been asked by multiple people if I have a salt water tank (I don't) because they associate such a clear, chemical smell free pool with salt water set ups.

They are also extremely responsive when something goes awry. One time I had some outdoor done on the house and a tremendous amount of dust clogged up the filter and caused my heater to not function. I realized this about a day before I was going to have a lot of people over and the pool water was cooooold. Spectrum sent my usual guy (Jorge, who is amazing by the way) and every thing was up and running in plenty of time.

Speaking of the heater, Spectrum also installed the heater for me as well and that has worked well since day 1!

I highly recommend their services.

Spectrum Pool Care has been our pool service company for over 30 years. Larry and his team are amazing at taking care of our pool. They check to make sure that everything is in working order. They let us know immediately if we need to do anything and resolve of any issues quickly. Recently, we had them remodel our entire pool and jacuzzi. I noticed a burning smell every time I started the laundry and it got me really scared. The technician of Quality Flow Specialists in Sherman Oaks arrived on time and explained that lint was building up inside the machine cabinet itself.

He opened the back of the dryer to vacuum out all the hidden dust and checked the wall connection. I feel much safer now and the smell is completely gone.

I am incredibly grateful this team came out so fast for an urgent vent cleaning when our line choked up.
