After buying our new home, we had been looking for a regular maintenance for our trash bins since it had ton of filth. I stumbled across fresh bins LA reel on IG and gave them a try. I dealt with Vic and he came out on time as we had planned and did a killer demonstration of the process and even helped me sign up for a monthly subscription. The powerful system they have with hot water has made my bins as good as new. Super thrilled with results!!

I hired this company to clean the bins at my home, and at first, they did an amazing job. I was so happy with their service that I had my office contact them to clean our bins at work as well. Unfortunately, that’s when the problems started.

They began repeatedly charging my card for the business account, even though we were supposed to be billed quarterly. My home service was monthly, and they somehow mixed up the two accounts. After several conversations, the issue was finally resolved — but it shouldn’t have happened multiple times.

There have also been several missed appointments. Sometimes they’d forget to come to the office or say their truck broke down. I understand that things happen — I’ve been patient and always tried to be understanding. But when they skipped service at my home due to rain, and I politely asked to skip the next month, they took that as a cancellation for both locations. As a result, they didn’t show up for my business either.

When I called to ask about it, the owner became upset and confused the two accounts again. I get that mistakes happen, but when it’s constant — and when common courtesy isn’t returned — it becomes unprofessional.

It’s disappointing because I truly wanted to support a small business, and I know how challenging it can be to run one. But after too many billing errors, missed services, and confusion between my home and business accounts, I can’t keep doing business with them.

Hopefully, they can improve their organization and communication in the future. In the meantime, we’ll be finding another company that can handle two simple accounts without all the confusion — and offer better value for the money.
