I had a Bad Leak 1.25" per day. Toma Helped me find the problem the 1st day he stopped by. A Leak in my skimmer he replaced it with out a total drain of the pool!! Finished his work on time ( 3 days ) and did a great job matching up the flagstone that had to come out. I had him replace the filter as long as we were in the repair mode.

Tech comes, says heater needs 180$ thermister. Ok put it on.
Turn it on after he leaves nothing works.
Cant get him back for three weeks.
Get another guy out, Heater broken for good apparently.
Sorry it worked when i tested it for 10 seconds no refunds.

Do not use this service. My landlady asked me to get them to repair the new water system. They put it in. I spoke to repair and they admitted to putting in the device incorrectly and would fix ASAP. Suddenly the owner comes by saying they did not put in new water system. When I told him I do not accept lies, he flounced off and said "sue Me". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

First Tomo did a really nice job installing our pool rail.
He then did a wonderful job on draining, acid washing and sanding and rebalancing the pool.
Also installed a new pool light.
Very professional, on time, always kept in touch and had a really great and easy going personality.
No stress, what soever.
Very enjoyable experience.
Highly recommend him.

I called Spectrum Pool Care the morning I found out my pool pump died and spoke to Mark, who diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. He scheduled a repair the same day! Fred, the technician called me two hours later and said he was coming over in a half hour. Fred inspected the pump, impeller and motor and confirmed Mark's diagnosis that a new motor was needed. Fred came with a replacement motor and completed the inspection and installation in less than an hour. The labor cost was incredibly low. Fred was knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. He took the time to describe the problem and to show me the impeller and explain why he didn't think it needed replacement. It's been a long time since I have had such a great experience with a pool repair technician and company. I highly recommend Spectrum Pool Care based on cost, responsiveness and professionalism.

Spectrum Pool Care is great, Miguel did a great job cleaning our pool and making sure its running in top shape. All the repairs were done promptly and their customer service is fast and great.

Spectrum Pool Care does our monthly pool maintenance but in the last six weeks we had to replace both our 20 year old heater and filter and they did a wonderful job of explaining our options, finding the best deals and doing the installation in an efficient and timely fashion. We couldn't be happier with their service and staff.
