Walked in and got assisted quickly, very professional place.

My office in Signal Hill. I prefer my home office, truth be told. Pajama dress code does not extend to the Signal Hill office 😉

They sent someone over to help me - who found out my issue was simple (replacing battery), didn't fix the other issue I had and then billed me for 2 hours when (1) I didn't know they were going to bill me and at what rate (2) their guy didn't even work for 2 whole hours. I called, left messages, and sent numerous emails (Nov. 8, 14, Dec. 5, 18, 25, and 26) trying to resolve the issue with only 1 email response to which they didn't reply again. Avoid if you can.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE PARKED ON A MAIN STREET AND OUT OF NO WHERE ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES HIT THE SIDE OF OUR CAR AND PROCEEDED TO TAKE OFF. MY HUSBAND HAD TO DRIVE AFTER HIM FOR HIM TO PULL OVER. OUR ENTIRE SIDE MIRROR FKEW OFF!CLEARLY THEIR EMPLOYEES DO NOT HAVE INTEGRITY!
