Amazing team and staff from first phone call to on site team! Had our old box replaced with 220 couldn’t be happier with the service provided. They even worked with the city to get us up to code! Emilio is one of the most professional contractors with whom I have ever worked. He was quick to respond, arrived on time, explained our options, scheduled and completed the installation of a new electrical panel and provided us photos of the completed job. Leaving this here because businesses and people need to get recognized. I Have a new business set to open on Monday December 22 and I’m leaving this comment on a Saturday night mind you it’s the weekend before Christmas. So basically I was gonna be consuming more amps than my breakers could handle therefore I would need to modify things on my main energy panel ASAP. After calling a couple businesses and getting the same response from all stating that the soonest they could come out was after the holidays. Of course I started stressing. Which then brought me give Nexx Electrical Service a call. Upon picking up the tone right away seems different, almost like I’d called a friend or neighbor for help. Yet still professional. So they pick up and I start giving them a description of my problem and rather than just trying to set up an appointment for after the holidays as well the gentleman literally asked me to check a couple things myself while guiding me. After narrowing what might be causing my problem he said he would make an effort to stop by on his way home as he would drive near me. So he shows up around 4pm and ends up leaving darn near 8pm. That gentleman’s name is Emilio and I can’t thank him enough. Came in, confirmed what was wrong and took care of it. Don't what else to say. If that’s not great customer service backed by a set expectation I don’t know what is. Thank you and know you are appreciated.

We had a great experience working with Emilio and his team. Emilio first came out to help repair a GFCI outlet in our garage that had burned out after being overloaded by our EV charger. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what happened in a way that was easy to understand. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.

Based on his recommendation, we decided to install a dedicated NEMA 14-50 line along with a whole-house surge protector on our electrical panel so we wouldn’t run into the same issue again. Oscar and Alex handled the installation and did an excellent job. They installed a new breaker, added the surge protection, and ran the new line with the outlet in the garage. The work was clean, efficient, and everything looks great.

Overall a really smooth experience from start to finish. We appreciate the honesty, quality work, and great service. Highly recommend Emilio and his team.
