Constraction reviews in Simi Valley, California

After dealing with scorching hot summers for years, we finally called Thermal Nest Insulation. What a game-changer! The crew was incredibly respectful of our property, cleaned up every speck of dust, and explained the entire process to us. Our house stays cool now without the AC running constantly. Five stars!

I manage a small rental property in Simi Valley and I've used Thermal Nest for two units now. They are consistently reliable, fairly priced, and the tenants always tell me how much more comfortable the units are after the work is done. The last job was a top-up on an old attic that had settled badly. They showed up exactly when they said they would, finished in a few hours, and didn't leave a single piece of debris. If you own rentals in Simi, put these guys in your phone.

From the first call to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with the utmost integrity and expertise. The quote was detailed and transparent, the crew was exceptionally skilled and polite, and the results speak for themselves. Our home in Simi Valley is now a sanctuary of consistent comfort. The attention to detail in their air sealing and insulation work is what sets them apart. I give Thermal Nest my highest recommendation for anyone looking to seriously upgrade their home's efficiency and comfort.

I almost rented a blower and did my own attic. I'm so glad I didn't. Thermal Nest found that my bathroom fans were venting directly into the attic instead of outside, which I never would have caught. They rerouted the ducts, sealed all the bypasses, and then insulated properly to R-44. The cost was barely more than the rental equipment and the quality is night and day. No more humidity issues, no more mold concerns. These guys know what they're doing.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and customer care. Thermal Nest provided a comprehensive solution for our older home, addressing both the attic and crawlspace. Their crew was fantastic—hardworking, precise, and they took great care to protect our belongings and clean up perfectly. The before-and-after difference is night and day. Our home is now cozy in the winter and stays much cooler in the summer heat. A trustworthy and highly skilled company.

Outstanding service from a knowledgeable local team. From the initial consultation, it was clear Thermal Nest understands the unique climate challenges in our valley. They provided a clear, detailed plan that made perfect sense and was fairly priced. The installation team was punctual, respectful of our property, and worked with impressive skill. Our summer cooling bills have already seen a significant drop, but the increase in daily comfort is the real win. Highly recommended.
