Constraction reviews in Simi Valley, California

Excellent. I am very happy with the work. Had new kitchen countertops, sink , fixtures and backsplash. Professional work and easy to communicate with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Safeway again.

Safeway Construction remodeled our bathroom. My wife and I are very happy with their work. The project was completed within the time frame and their workmanship is excellent. I recommend Safeway Construction for home remodel jobs. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Safeway Construction remodeled my home for me. I’ll be honest, I was really nervous about starting such a big project. But from day one, they put me at ease. They gave me a clear timeline and actually followed through on everything they said.

The kitchen came out beautiful. The cabinets were installed with precision and the doors line up perfectly. The counters look amazing, and they made sure there was no mess left behind. In the bathroom, the tile work and finishes were done with so much care, and everything looks clean and polished.

Adams team was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, kept me updated, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. The quality of their work is amazing and I can honestly say I trust this company 100%.

Safeway Construction is amazing! They've helped us with multiple projects, and, we keep coming back to them every time we need something done!

From a big, full house remodel - new roof, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, moving walls around, building new walls, outdoor painting, etc. you name it - they did it all, perfectly, and on budget.

We came back to them again to build out a whole new addition, from scratch, with custom shiplap, new electrical, everything! As well as new patio, masonry. I was serious when I say they handle everything! Again, perfectly, on budget.

Notably, not just big stuff, but we've also had them come out to help with small stuff too, like building out a new cabinet - and, great quality fair price!

I heavily recommend Safeway to everyone for any job no matter how big or small.

I have used MAAD construction for 2 of my properties in the last few years and can’t express my appreciation to this team. It’s very easy to work with their team. Very professional and pleasant people. When it comes to picking a team to do construction it tends to be a stressful process if you are not familiar with the construction world. Luckily for you, they will walk you through everything and explain in a way where it makes sense. The last thing you want is to feel lost or confused when it comes to a huge project like redoing your home and spending a lot of money. A through Z, start to finish MAAD Construction is trustworthy and reliable.

Very professional and fast! I would definitely recommend and will call again when I have electrical needs.

Extremely reliable and quick to come out for service on a very hot day for my elderly neighbor. A great company with good morals- thank you for your prompt & friendly service!!

Bob was amazing and very efficient. He even installed outside ring cameras in the freezing cold surrounded by piles of snow and having to climb a tall ladder since we were on a very short time limit. He was very thorough and cleaned up after each day. I would highly recommend him!

Dream Home Builders Simi Valley exceeded all our expectations. Their commitment to quality and punctuality is unparalleled.

Great company to deal with. Product is outstanding. We absolutely love it. The self install process was a little challenging but was able to complete it. The techs were incredible and answered all my questions.

Everything came out so beautifully! I had my whole yard, front and back, redone. The work was so good I then asked the team to remodel both of my bathrooms and update some of the basics like insulation and plumbing. I can express enough how greatful I am that they were prompt, cleaned up afterwards daily, trustworthy, and diligent in the work that they did.

We had been planning a whole-house remodel but struggled to find a contractor we felt comfortable with. When we met this team, it felt completely different. They brought great ideas, enthusiasm, and a willingness to tailor the design instead of pushing a cookie-cutter plan.
We started with a small project as a test and they exceeded expectations fair pricing, help with design and materials, and respectful, clean crews. That gave us the confidence to move forward with the full remodel, and the experience continued to be excellent.
The process was genuinely enjoyable, and we’ve already recommended them to friends.

I’m extremely impressed with the professionalism and skill of this bathroom remodeler. Every detail, from plumbing to tile alignment, was done perfectly. They stayed within the quoted budget and delivered exactly what was promised. This is the kind of company you can trust.
