Great service !
Will be using again !

Amazing company that listens to all your needs! Highly recommend to all!

Redid a pool for a friend and it turned out amazing, honest people and amazing work

They re-did my parents pool, it’s amazing I highly recommend them

I do not recommend!! They are not honest at all and are not respectful. Their customer service is very rude and in the end they charged me more than the amount we agreed on. Very bad service I don’t recommend at all. I was not happy with the what they did.

As a commercial property manager, I have relied on the services provided by Conquest for several years. They can always be relied on for quality work in a timely fashion.

This company is absolutely the best. Very friendly staff with a lot of knowledge behind each one of them. I’m a very picky customer and people tend to get annoyed with the work I need done, but not these guys. They got everything I need exactly done ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend going to them.

Conquest handled ALL the repairs to my garage, house and the retaining wall. Their work was impeccable and timely! I would strongly recommend them for any work you need done.

I highly recommend Conquest for any remodel needs you have. They recently completed our swimming pool in Ventura and the work could not be more beautiful. Very professional and communicative!

Thank you Jordyn for getting me set up with the best guys to do the job. It was a fast and easy process for me as the company took care of everything. Exceeded my expectations + more. Will definitely reach out to this company for any more work I need done. 100 percent recommend CGBC to anyone. Thank you so much!!

I am extremely pleased at the work that Conquest Construction has done. Jim built a guest house and it came out perfect. I would highly recommend this company to any friend or anyone looking for quality results.

Jim at Conquest GBC is tops! He remodelled and expanded our new kitchen and we are thrilled with his work. Actually being in the pandemic was somewhat of a dream having our gorgeous new kitchen floors, beautiful large windows, stunning cabinetry and new appliances. Jim was hands on everyday. We almost think of him like family! 5 stars for Conquest GBC♥️

If you see Conquest GBC, or Jim Korkunis heading in your direction, run for your life. The man is a crook, a liar, and a fraudster.
Took my money, did some shoddy work, and with little work done abandoned the job with the property torn up and trashed. But even then he was not done, he threatened to lien my home if I did not send him even more money.

Having completed less than 25% of the contracted work, and having already extracted by duress, most of the total amount of the contract, this Smuck just leaned my home for an additional $53,000, stating that “ I am just looking out for my economic interests.” Despite his response her that he was willing to meet and confer about this, that is just one more Korkunis lie. His actual statement in writing was that if I did not immediately agree to just pay him another $53,000 that he would ABANDON THE JOHe had already demanded, under continuing threats of never finishing the job, and continuing to g himself as many extensions as he wanted to, far more money than he was entitled to for the work done. He literally told me that it was his job to send his demands for payment, and it was my job just to write the checks.
Since he abandoned the job, leaving my property severely damaged, l have had numerous professionals on the property in regard to finishing the job. Each has commented that the work that actually was in process was sub standard, unprofessional, and substantial portions non code compliant. In fact the people who specialize in concrete work, state that they will need to charge me extra to remove the Korkunis sub standard non code compliant shoddy work before they can then do the work properly.
At this point in time I have sent a more than 100 page report, extensive photographic evidence, and all of the bank records to the California State Contractors Licensing Board for disciplinary action. I do not want anyone else to fall victim to this con man.
I have also retained a Construction Defects attorney and will be filing a lawsuit to recover the money that he has taken from me, provide for the extensive damage that he has caused to my property, and hopefully punitive damages, to punish him for his outrageous conduct, and to deter him fro victimizing others.
Let’s let a judge and a jury decide who is telling the truth here.
But for now, I will close, as I opened, this man is a liar, a thief, a con man, and a fraudster. If you see Jiim Korkunis or Conquest GBC heading in your direction, run.

Conquest has done numerous jobs for us and they do great work. His crew is friendly and meticulous, and the owner is very professional, friendly and interactive. We have always been happy with their work.

Very respectful and helped me with everything I needed and gave me some good tips on how to make the quality of my redesign last a lifetime for future generations to appreciate. You won’t want to work with any other company once you work with Conquest. I always refer them to anyone who is wanting to remodel. Thank you!!!

Wow. That’s what I say each time I go into my backyard oasis or I’m cooking in my newly renovated kitchen. The team here went above and beyond and exceeded my wildest imaginations. As a first time home buyer they’ve given me an opportunity to take a home that needed more than just tlc, it needed love and they provided it. Now my house is complimented constantly, I love having people over, and best of all I have equity after having it reappraised. They were affordable, personable, and diligent with their quality of work being A-1 from Day 1.

Jim and his crew at Conquest did a great job in making our 55 year old house new again. We just kept finding new things to improve or replace and he worked with me to design a cost effective solution for each item. Now for the pool!

First things first, IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. They have nothing to do with the Conquest. They are from ONE person making fake accounts.
We love supporting local and family-owned buisness. Absolutely LOVED working with this company. My wife and I had no idea where to start with our remodel and they held our hand the whole way through the process. The whole team is very punctual and responsive. They do great work and we couldn't be happier with this stress free process. THANK YOU!

Jim and his lead were both great to work with! They completed an almost full remodel of my small home and rebuilt a wall after chimney removal. Jim was responsive and helpful and his crew were helpful. After the construction was complete they even took time to hang pictures for me.
