I’ve been very fortunate to have met and hired Jeff Brown and Sparkle Brite pools to service my pool and spa this year and to maintain our equipment. Jeff works hard, is always responsive, and has had great advice for keeping our pool and spa at their best. I would whole-heartedly recommend him and Sparkle Brite to anyone looking for fair and honest service.

Well, I must say, I haven’t seen these pathways look this clean in years! They power-washed every inch. The front stairs leading up to the lobby look brand new, and the garage floors aren’t stained and grimy anymore. It’s such a nice feeling to step outside and see everything so fresh and tidy. They truly did a wonderful job, and I appreciate it so much!

Simi Pool Service company is fantastic! We needed a Pool Inspection on our new house in Simi Valley and Mark was very knowledgeable about the repairs needed and he taught us all about our pool equipment functions and features. Very responsive and reasonably priced. We now have a new variable speed pump and he installed a filter and backwash valve for more versatility. Simi Valley Pool Service is the best choice.

Called because I was having an issue with my pool heater. Mark came out same day to diagnose & repair. While here, he did a complete swimming pool inspection, which consisted of inspecting all of my equipment as well as the pool. He pointed out how filthy my pool filter was & recommended a filter cleaning. Mark will definitely be my go-to guy for all pool repairs AND maintenance.

Do not recommend, after years of using Darrell the past few years when he was selling the business he started putting less chemicals in my pool, you have to pay in advance , he doesnt service the pool and will use an excusss that two months prior was part of his vacation. The service and employees dont know how to service the pool, a few times no show, never testing and always trying to sell you filter cleanings and blame the homeowner why the pool isnt clear.

I just want to give a big “Thank You” to Darrell for his excellent service. I had a spa light that needed to be replaced. I have a special needs child that would not go in the spa without the light on. Part of his daily routine to use the spa. I called Darrell, explained the situation, and he had it done and fixed right away. Thanks again ⭐️

I've only used Darrel's services for a few months so far, but he has been great. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable. I have older pool equipment and not a lot of knowledge, and rather than sell me thousands of dollars of equipment I don't yet need, he has been conservative and shown me that my equipment is still running strong. But he also took the time to point out a safety problem with my pool sweep attachment. Referred him to a friend, and he found her a used replacement pool heater, which was her desire, saving several thousand dollars. Recommend him highly.

Did a nice job . I bring them in every 2 years to do my Wolfe 36” freestanding barbecue. I couldn’t do what they do !!

Paul arrived early and completed cleaning my bar b que grill in 2 hours.

Got a Blackstone grill that got left to the elements. Luke had me send pictures (it was bad) he recommended a grill top replacement off Amazon instead (because of the cost to level of effort it would take) and it worked amazingly.
