My Twin Eagles grill wasn't igniting so I called TheBBQHQ in Simi Valley where I bought my Twin Eagles grill and they referred me to Bar-B-Clean for the repair. The owner, Luke, came out and after some diagnostic work, troubleshooting and ordering of parts, my grill is working as good as new now. Luke was very patient, methodical and professional throughout the whole process. Also, the communication via phone, text and email regarding appointments and billing estimates was very clear and convenient. I'm very pleased with the service I received and will be calling them later for grill cleaning services. - Highly recommend.

My serviceman arrived on time and spent 3 hours cleaning and servicing the barbecue. The barbecue hadn’t been cleaned in several years from previous tenants and it was like night and day! He did an amazing job of getting my barbecue beautifully clean and sparkling again. It’s working great, too. Highly recommend.

Everything from booking my appt to making our BBQ sparkle again was nothing short of perfection. Our BBQ must be over 7 years old and had never been professionally cleaned… it was in much need of some TLC as we use it quite often. Our technician, James, was super thorough and our BBQ looks almost brand new again! We couldn’t be happier with the results and we can’t wait to grill up something soon. I can only imagine how much better and cleaner our food will taste! I will definitely be using them again and referring them to my friends and family!!

2nd time using Bar-B-Clean. Thorough cleaning of my 40 insert grill. Use cleaner called The Eliminator from Florida. It works! Tech needed close to 2 hours to finish. Results are worth the cost. Replacement cost of grill scary so I make sure it’s going to last as long as possible without degrading due to avoiding proper cleaning. I’ll use them again each year.

We have used this company for over four years and I can unequivocally say, they are amazing! We had Paul clean the barbecue today and it was a mess! We somehow forgot to have it done last year… things got away from us…so he had to clean TWO years worth of grease and dirt!! They work incredibly hard and spend literally hours cleaning the barbecue making it look like new. The cost each time has taken us by surprise. For the hours they spend (over three today…and it’s messy, HARD work!!) it is unbelievably reasonable. The hard part is the first time I cook on the barbecue after it’s been cleaned. I hate to mess it up! I truly recommend this company.

Great service and professional staff. James came this last time, now having used them twice. He spent about 4 maybe 3-4 hours. And even had them clean out underside cavity but too dark inside for good photo.
