The team arrived exactly on time. They were very pleasant, and they got right to work. They were very thorough and double-checked with each other to make sure all areas were complete. I have used this company for years and have always been very pleased!

My place was probably a lot messier than they’re used to, especially since the main reason I called them was because I had gotten overwhelmed with trash/boxes/clothes/dishes after moving a month ago, but the blue team really came through! They were friendly, made conversation with me, and paid good attention to the focus areas I wanted. They went over the hour by a few minutes, but still didn’t charge any more for it. The only thing I’m not super keen on is the limited payment options. I didn’t have cash or a check so I had to give my credit card information over the phone. They also didn’t have a great way of managing tips- I want to be sure 100% of it goes to the workers (just adding it to my total receipt, without specifying how much I tipped, doesn’t make me feel super secure about that). Overall good experience and will probably be contacting them again for periodic deep cleans.

Great team! They did a fantastic job making the place look new again! A friend of mine recommended them, and I wasn’t disappointed. They were amazing at cleaning my entire apartment and were good communicators too! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs professional cleaning!

Came home to a sparkling clean house-- all the corners, all the details. It did feel a bit expensive, since the house was not terribly dirty, but they did a wonderful, thorough job. Would use again!

The worst! Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. Constantly cancels and stops responding. When we informed her we would no longer be using her coming she responded with insults! Don’t waste your money or time

This company is absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. I contacted the owner Norma to schedule a cleaning prior to my 4th of July party. She advised she just started her business Cardenas cleaning and could arrive at 12p on July 3rd. On July 3rd, 3 people arrived to my home I didn’t recognize any of them being Norma the owner as she said she would be the one cleaning so I was confused. I asked who they were they said they were from Fabulous Cleaning. I recognized the name as Norma stated her husband owned this company but she was an owner as well. It was 11:10a when they arrived which was almost an hour early from her scheduled time. Unfortunately I was busy and wasn’t able to let them in at that moment. I work from home and was in the middle of feeding my toddler and baby lunch as well as trying to do some other things before their arrival. I told them they were too early and they should have called. When I scheduled the cleaning the owner Norma never told me that someone would arrive early or never contacted me prior to showing at my door that they would come early so I was completely surprised. One of the women that came called Norma to tell her they were at my home but asked for them to come back at the scheduled time. I even spoke with Norma on speaker telling her they could come back at 11:40a which was still prior to my scheduled time. I heard the worker complain in Spanish how are we going to make our next appointment. Which makes no sense because they were always scheduled at 12p why could t they come back? It was still wishing my scheduled time frame. The workers left and said ok when I said for them to come back. Then 10mins later I received a fb message from Norma stating the services were cancelled because I wasn’t ready when the workers arrived! We were scheduled at 12p. I contacted norma advising that I didn’t cancel the service and it wasnt right she cancelled because her workers came early. I was still within my scheduled time so there should have been no issue for them to wait it wasn’t my error. When I complained norma said she couldn’t wait she has other clients and it didn’t matter she can cancel service when she feels like it and that she was a member of the simi valley chamber of commerce. I didn’t break our contract for employment she did and left me at the last moment without cleaning for my 4th of July. I could have went with someone else but decided to give her a chance. Whatever you do don’t give Norma Cardenas aka Norma Amarales, Fabulous cleaning or Cardenas cleaning your business as theyre unprofessional and unreliable. These companies are owned by husband and wife. This is proof they don’t value their clients or their clients time. They can show up anytime the feel like without notice and expect you to be ready to let them in if not they will cancel the service. Their concern is obviously just bouncing from one client to the next as fast as they can regardless on any inconvenience to the client. No way to run a good business I wish I would have read the reviews I could have avoided these people.

This lady, Norma, reached out to me when I was asking a community for cleaning services. I was very specific on what I needed and even specific focus areas. To say the least , my experience was AWFUL. I paid $450.00 for two cleaning people and she only sent one person. The house that needed to be cleaned was fully empty pre-cleaned because it was listed for sale and it sold but needed some proper wipe down on windows,, floors, kitchen cabinets etc. The place looked the same as before it was "cleaned" and no clean smell. They did not vacuum, they did not clean the floor but barely picked up any dust. The tub was still dusty and I know because I ran my finger through it! Ipin advising Norma about it she just replied with "I'm sorry" and that's it. She didn't even deny that she didn't send two people and that they didn't vacuum the upstairs bedroom. Overall she is very much deceiving, liar and very unprofessional when dealing with customers, she goes by Cardenas cleaning and Fabulous cleaning and sits in Facebook fishing for clients in every mom group. Just trust the Google and yelp reviews, They don't lie. stay away...Save yourself a headache

FABULOUS IS RIGHT!! Norma and her team are absolutely incredible and we could not be happier with her services. Norma is very professional and kind, always responds quickly, and has always been very flexible when we need to change any cleaning dates around. Norma and her team provide cleaning services for our short-term rental property for over a year now and they always leave it spotless and looking amazing for each guest we have. They even fold the towels and blankets beautifully like you would find in a hotel! We are constantly getting feedback from guests about how beautiful and clean the home is kept. From the indoor spaces to the outdoor spaces, nothing is overlooked and we are always so impressed with the final product! We tried a couple other cleaning companies before we found Norma, but they do not even compare. Norma provides cleaning services far superior and thorough, and for an incredible value that truly cannot be beat. Norma and her team have consistently gone above and beyond and we feel so blessed to have found such a fantastic and reliable team!
