I am absolutely shocked at your response to my review. You did not leave your name. Is it Vince?? I never said anything about I did not want to step foot into the house because I might make it dirty. I never said that. It is quite the contrary. I called you immediately and expressed my disappointment and how filthy everything was left. I called Vince immediately and asked him to make sure that they redo it or they do it to begin with. Nothing was done that I had requested to be done and it was the basic cleaning. Nothing was out of the ordinary. There was no confusion on the bill.
I completely understand the bill. I know that is how many employees times one hour. Don’t insult my intelligence. The only confusion I have right now is how you could lie and respond how are you responded. There was no praise at all to anybody. I don’t know why you think you could get away with fabricating these things that you posted on here. Whoever left the response should leave their name and if it’s Vince then Vince should’ve signed it if it’s the owner of the company other than Vince then
Whoever that may be should demand to find out the truth to this matter

Carol and Liz were thorough, fast and did a wonderful job sanitizing the bathrooms & master bedroom. Vince is very accommodating. Orkopina is the best in town for cleaning service that’s above and beyond.

I have multiple investment properties. I need show stopper cleaning quality, with no excuses or headaches attached, and to be done quickly. Orkopina delivers on my properties everytime. I can't thank them enough as their room sparkle cleanings, translates into closing deals for me. Pleasure to work with and holds to my ridiculous timelines I throw at them. I receive no value for this review, nor do I EVER do reviews. Just an extremely taken care of customer!

6 months ago I fell and broke my arm. Obviously, housework was the last thing I could do. After asking my neighbors for recommendations, I decided to try out Orkopina. The reason I chose them is that they send a team out to do the work, meaning less time I need to be home. Altogether, I have been really pleased with the services given and the cleaners who come in. They work hard, are friendly, and know how to work well together as a team. The job gets done and I am happy. (So is my husband - he hates housework!) My arm is healed, and now I have Orkopina in every two weeks, doing what I need to do in between visits. Because my house is cleaner, life is easier, and I personally find the expense of professional cleaners worthwhile altogether. Vince bills soon after via Venmo and this way I don't have to wait to pay for the service, which I like. Having someone clean my house is a luxury, but so is time, and knowing whoever comes will do a good job makes it a luxury well worth having.

I've been utilizing there services for over a year now (bi-weekly), and can't say enough great things about how clean my entire home is every time they finish. The Housekeepers are ALWAYS timely, kind, respectful and thoroughl. Oh, and did I mention how fast they clean!
Working w there Customer Service has never been easier. If I need to change date's and time's, they are always willing to accommodate.

I came to the conclusion about 2 months ago that both my wife and I could no longer clean our condo to our satisfaction. We both are 81 years old. I looked in Google and I found Orkopina Cleaning Services. I called and the owner came out and looked around and told me what they would do and how much for every 2 weeks. In my lifetime I have made bad discissions BUT this was NOT one of them. Vince and Sylvia come at the exact time, every other Tuesday. They get to work and after about an hour and a half, they are done and the condo never looked better. I would recommend this company over any other.

Came recommended by our realtor. They made our condo sparkle. As offsite owners, we relied on frequent updates. And we weren’t left hanging. Rates are reasonable. Would use again.

We have been a client of Orkopina Cleaning Service for many years. We recently had carpet removed and replaced with vinyl plank.
