I had a great experience working with Andy and his team at L & O. From the start, they were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Andy took the time to really walk me through my HVAC system, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated.
Their team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were very professional the entire process. What stood out the most was how reliable they were no runaround, no delays, just solid, honest work.
On top of that, their pricing was very fair compared to others I looked into, especially for the quality of service they provide. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
If you’re looking for an HVAC company that’s knowledgeable, affordable, and dependable, I definitely recommend Andy and the L & O team. I’ll be using them again in the future.

We tried getting help today when a rat got into our AC unit, the women on the phone was not helpful when talking to my elderly grandmother... when we left a voice message this morning to call us back to verify what my grandmother was told... no one got back to us.... and now it’s Friday night after 7:00pm.
I’m not impressed by the customer service... disappointing... would’ve appreciated call back. -

Replaced my evaporators at a reasonable price. I went up in the attic and checked out their work. Well done. No mess. Would gladly use them again.
