Constraction reviews in Solana Beach, California

I looked for a new interior designer with fair prices and one of them was enam newton.
She gave me her prices and we decided to do a zoom meeting.
I showed her my space I wanted to design and she made for me few options with a 3D renders and I simply couldn't ask for more than that because it gave me exactly what I needed and today I have much more fun walking around my living space.
Thanks Enam.

I am a general contractor that is doing additions, remodeling and landscaping .
The service that I am getting from Tal and Enam is amazing! The communication is the best, always on time, treating my clients in the best way that is possible. Couldn’t ask for a better service for myself and for my clients.
I would use this company without even thinking not only for a 3D design, but to get help with picking the finish materials for any remodel that you can think of.
Highly recommend this company. Prices are great too!

Outstanding service from start to finish! Soho Construction completed our project on time and within budget, all while delivering top-notch quality. Highly recommend for a 5-star experience.

Soho Contruction was working on my neighbor's ADU. They were very happy with Soho, so I hired them for my ADU. They were very attentive for a very small kitchen addition of 81 SF. I am very happy with the results. Brandon was the super for my project. He was always availble to discuss any issues I had and is still available to give me advice on other issue I have at my house, not related to their work.

Used Simply Great Remodeling for a kitchen and bath renovation in our home, from the start working with them was easy and made me very comfortable, It is clear these guys are pros and take their work very seriously. The job came out amazing and I love my new home! No doubt I will use them for any future needs.

Professional, Communication Is great and that was very important to us, All the help with the design progress and the hard workers did amazing job performing the work and finishing it exactly the way we want it, Thank you so much. I will recommend Soho construction for everyone that want to remodel their home.

Soho Construction did a wonderful job remodeling the entire interior of my home. Soho did a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, they installed hard flooring throughout the entire house, painted the entire interior, etc. Communication during the construction process was excellent, Soho's team was easy to reach and responses were prompt. Their pricing was fair and the only deviation from their proposed budget was for a few things that were not in the original estimate, i.e. replacing a few doors. I would like to give a shout out to Fernando, the construction supervisor, he was fantastic and told me "there are no problems, just solutions". In addition, after living in the house a few months post-remodel, I encountered a few minor issues and wasn't sure if it was a construction problem or had something to do with some of the new fixtures. Soho sent Fernando out to look at my concerns and he was able to resolve most of the issues on the spot. There was only one issue, a small crack in the new kitchen ceiling, that required repair whereby Soho promptly scheduled the repair and completed the repair in a timely manner.

Working with Soho Construction is a great experience. I work with them on the Architecture Projects, Nir and Matan has always been upholding the best quality of work that we can provide to clients. You will have a great experience with the design and construction process as they understand what it means to uphold the best standard practices. The company culture has always been great, and it is really nice to be working with people that has great values which is something that I think is very important when doing business. When you are happy on what you do, you will accomplish many great things. I will definitely recommend working with Soho on projects.

It was so refreshing to work with Soho and see our designs come to life. Nir and his team made the process seamless and planned every phase out while providing effective communication with us and the clients. Jenni's ability to manage the project and attention to detail was outstanding. Can't wait to work with them again!
