I spoke to Paul to set up an appointment for him to repair my dryer. He requested for me to text him to confirm that someone would be at my home at the time we had agreed upon, which I promptly did after we hung up. The day of, Paul didn’t show up, and did not answer my calls or my mother in laws calls ( she was at my home waiting for him for 3 hours) extremely unprofessional, would not recommend.

My wife and I have used this business for washer and dryer repairs. Paul is very trustworthy, honest, friendly and professional. He tells you what the problems is with your appliances. If he needs to order a part he gets it promptly. House calls and labor charges are also very reasonable. I highly recommend his services. Two thumbs up!!!!

My parents for years have used his service to repair their washer/dryer. They recommended Andersen Appliance when my washer stopped working. Paul was prompted, professional and fixed my washer and his charges were very reasonable. Today my LG refrigerator popped and stopped working while I was cleaning behind the fridge. I called Paul and he came over to my home and once again Paul was very professional, friendly and within 30 minutes had my refrigerator working. I am one very happy customer. I had a great experience with this appliance company. Even though Samsung refrigerators aren’t his specialty, (because yes they are a garbage company so stay away from Samsung) he took the time to help me anyway when samsung wouldn’t. He patiently walked me through the steps over the phone to troubleshoot the issue, and it actually fixed my refrigerator. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly he was. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance help.

All staff was professional and the job was completed quick. The project was approved and agreed upon prior to any work being completed which led to a happy client and a flawless project.

I called to get a quote based on positive reviews on Google. He answered on the first call and said he could come next day after work. First he said 6pm, then 6:45pm. He never showed up, did not bother to text or call either. Disappointed as we prefer to use local small businesses in Soledad.

I had an electrical outage in my house and could not figure out the problem. I called LG Electric and Luis answered. I explained to him the situation and he came over within 5 minutes to assist me. Luis was very knowledgeable and professional. Although the issue was out of his control he was able to identify the problem and even called PG&E for me and explained to them what was going on. The issue was fixed and I will say if I ever have an electrical issue again I will be sure to Luis at LG Electric to assist me.
