Really nice guy, did an excellent job. Came right over, within the hour but he was a little expensive.

Installed a dishwasher and assist with leaking valve. I appreciated all information given and was educated on the process.

Joe is professional, careful, he does a great job, and he is reasonably priced. I wish we had other professionals like him to rely on. I can’t say enough about how great he is to work with.

Don’t know if this guy is totally incompetent or is just ripping people off He went to my moms house to look at her water heater told her it was bad and it would be $1400. To replace. I looked at it right after he was there lit the pilot light and it was all good.

My toilet completely plugged up one day and my usual methods of undoing that wouldn't work. The plunger, a bucket of water poured into the toilet. My wife grabbed the phone book and found Joe, very local to us. I called him and he got into his truck and was here quickly. He unplugged the toilet quickly and at a good price.

Very expensive. Had quote of $450 for replacing parts on hand. Got it done by BB Plumbing for $160. Also was charged $165 to replace 2 outside faucet heads. Would not recommend Pioneer. Nice guy, but charges way too much.

I would strongly advise against hiring Owen’s Plumbing.

I was charged $1,250 and my original issue was never actually fixed. The only work they completed was replacing a pressure regulator valve and an isolation valve—and at this point, I have no confidence I even needed those. Meanwhile, the leak I originally called about is still unresolved.

The communication was abysmal. I had to chase them down for every update, was repeatedly told they would show up and didn’t, and never once received a callback from the owner despite multiple requests. Getting any kind of response felt like pulling teeth.

Professionalism was essentially nonexistent. The person answering the phone openly admitted she “doesn’t understand plumbing,” which raises serious questions about how this business is even being run.

They also cut into my garage drywall without informing me that I would be responsible for the repair, leaving me to deal with the damage on my own.

At the end of the day, I paid $1,250 for a problem that wasn’t fixed, unnecessary work I didn’t ask for, and a month of frustration. I would not trust them to diagnose—let alone repair—anything correctly.

Didn’t call back twice when they said they would and cancelled on me 3 times! I’m looking elsewhere for a company who actually values their customers and their time.

We received excellent and very prompt service. Very knowledgeable and cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.

We were on vacation when we found out we had a leak in a pipe servicing our well which meant no irrigation on some of the hottest days of the year. Branden answered his phone on the first ring and had our issue repaired within 2 hours. Thank you! Highly recommended!!

Had do 2 different jobs at different times. It all started well with him answering the phone, came out right away and fixed the issues. Had problems with last job of dripping bathtub faucet. Changed it a couple times and still had drips. Said he’d come back with another cartridge and snake my drain. Never came back, did not return numerous calls to cell or office or return texts, 2 neighbors also did not get return calls for service. Not sure what happened. I have no paperwork for the parts bought to call Delta to tell them their faucet drips and prove any warranty.

Brendan gave me a very fair quote for some work I needed done to convert my concrete cure room into a full moisture room for my concrete cylinders I test in my Materials testing lab. I was given a few other quotes and they were outrageous ! I feel like as soon as the other guys heard that the work was being done to a laboratory they figured they could gouge us financially . With Brendan it was total opposite he looked at the work that needed to be done simply as some plumbing and electrical work with a bit of customization . If you ever need any kind of work done around your house or business you can trust that any work done by the Owens will be done correctly and still be honest and fair in price.

I used Owens Plumbing for some work at my place. They came and looked over the job and parts I had and gave me a 'ballpark' quote of $800-$1000 and told me they'd send a quote via email. I never received the quote, but accepted the 'ballpark' range he provided. He showed up and completed the work and took off, although left his two sons behind to finish up. An invoice showed up via text for 80% MORE than what the max ballpark was. I could not believe the increase!! When we questioned him, we were told the parts were more expensive then he thought. There were no parts. a PEK line ( 50 feet is only $36 at H.D.), and a few couplings, maybe a 2 ft section of copper. Not $800 worth... $100 if I'm being generous. He gave us a 'discount' of $200 to get it down some, but it was ridiculous. I have a lot more work I was going to have done, but not by them. I am appalled at the price he left us with. Never again. Get it in writing!!!

Incredibly knowledgeable; delivered as promised, when promised. I was pleased with his recommendations for service and his level of professionalism. I would absolutely use Brendan again for any plumbing needs!

Well, they did it again. What an excellent company to deal with. I am the caretaker and FYI, I called 2 others just to show the owner that I did my due diligence. I was having water heater problems. As usual, Brendan returned my call within 30min., did not mess around saying blah, blah blah, just told me he would be here, check out the situation and let me know. Well he showed up, looked at my water heater and told me what needed to be done. An hour later I had my estimate with a few other options. It's getting long already and I could go on and on. Brendan and Kelly deserve more than 5 stars. As an old guy, I am so impressed and happy that a business still takes customer service very seriously. Thank you Brendan and Kelly !!!

Prompt Service. Great Communication. Brenden came out within the hour when I had a leak on an outdoor pipe that is the only water source for my horses. Also fixed outdoor faucet on the house that was leaking. Set up both so they work better in the future and will be easier to deal with overall.
