Highly recommend! I needed new heater ducts. Joe and his crew did great work -- removing the old ducts, installing and testing the new ones, and hauling away the old stuff away. Super friendly too! All in all a terrific experience !!

They quickly set up an appointment for a Monday. On the Thursday before, the office called & said they had a technician in the area, was I home? Yes! He came over, was so polite & clear about the situation. I thought their price was reasonably.

Sugar Bear plumbing was great! They diagnosed my issues super quickly and resolved our issues within about an hour! They unclogged two drains and replaced a faucet for us and provided us other recommendations for the future. They were very kind and respectful, which is a huge plus. Customer service is key. I also appreciated the intake phone call prior to their arrival. Will definitely use them again!

We've used Sugar Bear a few times over the past 12 years or so, including a sewer line replacement back in 2011.

Most recently, Ian came out to help troubleshoot a long standing low hot water pressure problem that had gotten much worse in the past month. Ian was very professional and easygoing. He was able to solve the issue within a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. We will certainly use him again in the future!
