i first got to know eddie from 2 Brothers Carpet Service when another carpet cleaning company had trouble with their equipment and sent me to him for an emergency cleaning. eddie came right away and handled everything perfectly! since then, he has cleaned my carpets as often as four times a year (i board dogs at my home in south san francisco), and he is always on time, always does an amazing job, and always goes above and beyond—removing stains and even fixing carpet issues. he is really great at what he does and is a wonderful person too.

I reached out to 2 Brothers Carpet Service last week to fix two large ripples in my family room carpet. They set up an appointment for Monday at 2:00, but said they would give me a call around noon and might arrive earlier. True to their word, Chris called at noon and showed up shortly after. Not only did they stretch the carpet to make it look like new, but he also noticed a couple of other issues in my living room and repaired those for a very small additional cost. My husband and I were really impressed with the work that Chris and his assistant did. The price was very reasonable, and they were super polite and friendly. We will definitely recommend this carpet service to our friends and family!

Axel assessed the damage on a valuable Baker-brand fabric chair in South San Francisco the same day and even offered to come to my place if it was urgent. The chair had multiple mystery stains, like white paint, grease, and some tough bleach spots, and I thought it was beyond saving. But in just a few days, the chair looked brand new—no stains at all. Axel also offered to apply a protective coating to help prevent future stains. The price I was quoted at first was exactly what I paid, and it was surprisingly affordable given the work involved. Don’t assume your carpet or furniture is ruined until you let these experts handle it. They work with skill and real professionalism!
