About 5 years ago a man came to my office to present his company to me. They were offering cleaning and sealants for fabric, carpets, and stone. I must admit, I was certainly skeptical about sealing stone
I couldn’t imagine that this would be productive.

Nevertheless, I needed some work done and Todd asked me to give him a chance. What am I going to say – NO? Since that first great experience, I have worked with Christiansen Services exclusively

He has worked on small jobs (under $500.00) and large ongoing jobs ($10,000 – $30,000) and never has he been unable or unwilling to take on a task. More importantly, he has always succeeded.

Did I mention that he is dependable, trustworthy, honest, and honorable? He is a very pleasant presence on a jobsite or in a finished home! When it is a larger job, he has a small well-trained and efficient staff. Otherwise you will be getting the boss.

I moved recently to a new home and had 6 rugs sealed, one rug cleaned, and my stone kitchen counters cleaned and sealed. It was like a miracle - those countertops look PERFECT!

A few months after I moved-in, I got black shoe polish and edge dressing on a light carpet. Todd came out as part of the post-service warranty and cleaned the rug as if was never soiled. My interior design practice uses him exclusively and I do personally as well. This is your man. LOOK NO FURTHER !

Todd treated our new living room rug and runner and was super responsive and professional. He had a lot of advice about spot cleaning stains, preserving the life of our rugs, and more. Highly recommend him.

I had Todd come out to repair, clean and reseal my 12-year-old granite. I needed him to color enhance my granite on my island and clean and reseal the granite in my kitchen. I also needed him to repair a large crack in my granite around the kitchen sink. Todd was able to repair and seal the crack and then polish the surface so that the crack is no longer visible. He also did a beautiful job of cleaning and resealing my granite. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was on time and able to complete my job within a couple days of coming out to assess my needs. I would call him again for any needs I would have with my stone surfaces and would not hesitate to refer him.

We were fortunate enough to come across Todd because nearly every local stone store highly recommended him. We can see why - he’s done many projects for us over the years and not only does great quality work - but makes sure he goes above and beyond to ensure the stone is protected. In our case - he had to seal our outside stone over the weekend to make sure it was done before it rained. Great company - highly recommended.

I had only a couple of days to prepare the house to care for an elderly family member. The carpets were pretty rough and the bathrooms were in a bad way, especially the shower stalls. I spoke to Shawn on a Friday, he came by on Saturday to look at what needed to be done and provide an estimate, and by Monday morning he and his crew were hard at work. Shawn was very accommodating and professional, and he and his crew, Chris and Nolan, really went about their work with vigor. When they were done a few hours later, the place looked fantastic - the carpet and kitchen floor hadn’t looked that good in years, and they had restored the bathrooms and shower stalls to a presentable state. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them highly.

Shawn and his team cleaned up after a mice infestation in my garage. They were very professional and detailed. My garage is now nice and clean and I do not have to worry about any diseases that the mice might spread.

I was confronted with a tremendous challenge: to get a four room, two bathroom and kitchen apartment ready for a fresh restart for someone dear to me… who has lived alone but had been declining the last couple of years.
At first sight I felt defeated - dirty toilets and floors, mice droppings everywhere, soiled clothes, stacked garbage, range top with inch thick crud, etc.
I called Servpro of SSF/SanBruno and from the first conversation I was made to feel hopeful and relaxed. A family outfit, both brother and sister Shawn and Crystal took the stress off my shoulders at once.

We had a sewage backup during the second storm of the season, while the local plumbers were still dealing with calls from the first storm a week earlier. Everyone I called was too busy to help until I reached Servpro. They squeezed me in, cleaned up the mess, sanitized all affected areas, and came back soon after to finish the job after they couldn’t quite finish everything during the “squeeze in“ time. Safala and Gabriel were thorough and polite, and I was happy to see them return for the follow-up. In short, if you’ve got s*** to deal with, call Servpro!

ServPro of South San Francisco was recommended to me by a friend when loose pipe couplings in the sewage ejector pump in my basement caused filthy water to splatter all over the washer and dryer area of my basement. This occurred just when the agency was fully booked attending to widespread flood damage from a recent storm. Somehow they managed to squeeze in my job, washing down everything with sanitizing detergent and running HEPA air scrubbers for several days in a row. The results were wholly satisfactory.

Shawn and his team were very professional and their customer service was great. Shawn took the time to explain all the steps involved in taking care of my water damage and completed the job as promised. I would highly recommend Shawn and his team to anyone I know.

He helped us with a major water damage clean up back in 2017 when we were out of town and the instant hot water hose busted and flooded our main floor and the ground floor. He and his crew showed up the next day started clearing our home. They were extremely meticulous in packing all our household goods and furnishings. They did a spectacular job is removing everything!

We contacted him again just a few weeks ago after a major storm that caused our sub pump to malfunction and our whole ground floor was flooded again. They were very responsive and started mitigating all the water and dampness from our carpet.
