Luis arrived early. The carpet cleaning was done in an hour and a half. It looks great.

Luis and Jose did a fantastic job for me cleaning wall-to-wall carpets in several rooms. I was astonished they could remove so many terrible stains, including oil stains, and make the carpets look like new again. Wonderful service, I highly recommend. I have had Luis and his associates clean my carpets several times in the last 5 years. Most recently (December 2021), it was after 2 years of COVID isolation. Wow, did everything look so much better!!

We had the team out to clean our carpets and upholstery this morning. They were great, friendly and quick and made sure things were as dry as possible before they left.

My only quibble was I don't think I got a detailed enough quote ahead of time because my guesstimate of the charge was lower than it ended up. But I did have them add the stain-fighter to both the upholstery and the carpet, and we added an area rug as well.

The final price was very reasonable for the quality of the service and my stuff looks great! Now I just have to keep the kids from spilling anything else for a while ☺️

Luis with Chemdry was a professional as usual. Chemical cleaning outweighs steamcleaning anyday and permanently resolves the carpet issue rather than hiding the issues. Luis has been cleaning my carpets and area rugs for over 6 years. At times, I think it's time to replace the wall-to-wall carpeting, but when Luis is done, I know I can wait a few more years! He and his team do a great job. They come on time, are friendly and professional, and I have recommended them to my neighbors, friends and family.

I haven't had my carpets cleaned in 3 years and there was a lot of dirt build up and urine stains from my dog. Luis was able to get all of it out and smelling very fresh! Also love how the carpets dry in a couple hours, compared to over a day with the traditional carpet cleaning method. He has 3 different cleaning options you can choose from, I chose the 2nd option which includes protection on top of the cleaning. Hopefully it helps more with dirt build up over the years!

I really like Luis' Chem-Dry and have been a longtime client. We don't get our carpets cleaned that often, but whenever we do, we call them. When our daughter was little our doctor told us that despite the name 'chem' that might lead you to think they would have 'chemicals' they use one of the methods that is a good choice for those with sensitivity to chemicals.

I used Luis' Chem-Dry for the first time this week and am very happy I did. The appointment window was set for 9 - 9:30am and they arrived at 9:01am. So professional, so friendly, and such a good job on the carpets. They even moved my sofa to clean that section of the living room. I am a first time customer and I called yesterday last minute to have my carpets cleaned. When i first called I spoke to Amy on the phone and she was nothing but delightful and informative as well as Patience which were all good qualities of a first time impression. I told her I wanted my carpets cleaned right away and she was able to get me a home evaluation appointment the same day. Luis Alvarenga arrived and was very straight forward and honest as he's presentation was very professional as well as gave me his honest opinion about the condition of my carpet which I really liked as I didn't feel he was trying to cheat or lie to me about anything. He also told me that if I wanted his services he could schedule me right away the following day 9am, which I accepted. He arrived on time and got straight to work, after the job was done he followed up with me on his job and educated me on some things about managing my carpet so it would be in better condition for future conditions. All around I was very happy and pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend there services to anyone who needs professional carpet cleaning, LUIS" CHEM-DRY is a great company as you wont be disappointed.
