Luis Chem Dry cleaned our hardwood floors and wow! amazing! They did a great job and we had no idea how dirty the floors were. They showed up on time, were very professional, and did an excellent thorough job. I highly recommend his service. They have also cleaned our carpets, tile, and couch and also did an excellent job. I think this is my first review of anything, but I'm moved to give Luis and team kudos for excellent work. Our white carpets look like new, and their system uses very little water so it was dry in a day. Highly recommended!

AUGUST 2023 UPDATE: It's such a WONDERFUL feeling to have the entire house smelling and feeling like brand new wall to wall carpet! Didn't realize it was possible for 20+ year old carpet but these guys make it happen. It's been more than a year and I have incorporated Luis' services as part of our maintenance in caring for my elderly mother. They work miracles making her carpet look, feel and smell brand new. Luis and Jose don't just do an amazing job, but the kindness and compassion they show to my mother is above and beyond. They will be back in 1-2 months just for mom's room.

Luis and Raul did an amazing job! I also appreciated how kind and compassionate they were to my elderly mother. Carpet for the entire house looks and feels brand new. It smells great too. The whole thing only took a few hours. We didn't have to leave the house nor avoid walking on the carpet. My mother's room was the area with the most issues but it looks great now too. I will make this an annual thing since it's so affordable.

Luis is always responsive. He came over to give an estimate and his recommendations, and in this case was able to start the job right away. The carpets came back to life after his team was done. They were dry and usable within a few hours, although I always give it an extra while.
I feel very comfortable now to let my family and my pets enjoy the space.

Luis and his team always do a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He was able to remove the tough old stains that were embedded in the carpet of our son’s room. We use him exclusively for our residence and business. I would highly recommend Luis’ Chem-Dry.

Luis called to see if he could come earlier since he was ahead of schedule. I gladly accepted and he arrived when we agreed. He and his worker, Jose were very friendly and got right to work. They really took their time to do a good job cleaning my sectional and 2 large chairs.

Highly recommend! The crew arrived punctually and took the time to do a beautiful job of cleaning my carpet. It's now bright, and dried so quickly. As you can see, my carpet is textured and light colored: not the easiest combo to clean thoroughly. But Luis did a fantastic job.
