Before my appointment, Hunter called to let me know they were running a bit behind due to an earlier job, and offered to reschedule if needed. I appreciated the heads up and told them it wasn’t a problem. They arrived only a short time after my original appointment and called again when they were on their way. Both Hunter and Trenton were friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable with the process. My carpets look refreshed and so much cleaner now! The office team was also very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend CAPITAL CARPET CLEANING to anyone looking for great carpet cleaning service.
