He cleaned two rooms of carpet, three area rugs, and a small sectional couch. He pretreated everything and used an odor guard as part of the service, not an extra charge! While chatting before he left, we discussed the tile floors, and before I knew it, he had cleaned them too, using a special tool for the grout! Hunter did an excellent job! We have white Berber carpet in the bedrooms that was installed by the previous owners. hunter was polite, helpful, and highly professional. he worked hard to get all the stains out of our carpets, moved furniture when needed, and made sure i was satisfied before leaving—which i was. i have used capital carpet cleaning for years and have always been pleased with how clean my carpets turn out. on my most recent appointment, jude did a great job. he arrived on time, was very friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. during another visit, trenton made sure to meet all my requests and was careful and courteous the whole time. i continue to be very happy with the excellent carpet cleaning service.

He let me know exactly when he would arrive for the carpet cleaning. The results were fantastic! My wife has asthma and my daughter has health concerns, so I didn't want any strong chemicals used. we've had this carpet cleaning service at our home twice since we have a few cats. the first visit, our sofas, pillows, rugs, and some carpets got a nice deep cleaning, which is great to do every so often, pets or not. the second time was just for a tough cat accident on a sofa and the rug underneath. both times, trenton did the work professionally and was very polite, and he showed up right at the start of the time window. we were really happy with how clean everything turned out and will definitely call for another cleaning when we need it.

Made an appointment on 10/22 to have them pick up my area rug on 10/23 with the dispatcher for an after 5pm appointment. Tech tried to pickup the rug 3-4 hours too early and was under the impression they were cleaning it at my house.

Called dispatch to tell them what happened.
Pickup didn't happen until almost 9.

A week later on 10/30 with zero phone calls, I had to call and ask multiple times for an update and got several false promises for a call back.

I got zero calls back.

Apparently my rug was "cleaned" and no one bothered to tell me. Kept trying to call as I didn't know when they were trying to deliver it.

Tried to swing by and pick it up myself that day and got hung up on and got told another lie about the manager calling me back . Got tired of waiting and went home.

3 days later and almost 20 phone calls later and multiple lies about a "manager will call you" I still didn't know where I stood on my area rug.

Did they wreck it? Did they lose it? I didn't know.

11/2 - when I wasn't home and zero previous returned calls they were trying to attempt a drop off with absolutely no arrangements - keep in mind no one bothered to call me at this post even tho I had been promised multiple times id get a call back about my area rug as it had been (supposedly) done since Thursday. Had to explain "you never called me back to arrange to drop of my area rug and I'm not home. Can you deliver it tomorrow AFTER 5?" And was told yes.

11/3 - tech calls to confirm the drop off, and I told them yes - after 5. Got a all a few hours later at around 1 asking if I was home....why am I get asked this? I specifically asked for a drop off after 5 because no one is home to accept it. That's why I asked for a 5pm drop off.

Area rug just got dropped off at 5:10pm...It's still wet, and it still stinks almost worse than when I gave it to them to clean. What did I just pay you for? I thought I paid theee people for a clean, dry pleasant smelling area rug. What I got back (for over $400) was a damp stinky area rug that I may have to pay someone else to re-clean as I'm not totally sure it's actually cleaned by these people. . . . .if it was actually cleaned and actually finished on Thursday as I asked for a status update, and today being Monday, logically id think it would be bone dry by now....and it shouldn't stink as badly as it does.

Too much of a hassle...and expensive.

Hunter arrived a bit early and did an amazing job cleaning our white carpet that was covered with pet hair and dirt from our dogs. He also took care of the stairs, removing mud stains and old pet urine spots. Now everything looks fresh and like new! Even though our house lost power just before he arrived, it wasn't a problem since the cleaning truck has its own power, so we didn’t have to reschedule. This was my second time using CAPITAL CARPET CLEANING, and I’ll definitely use their carpet cleaning services again!

the carpet cleaning service from capital carpet cleaning was excellent. jude handled both the carpets and cleaned and sealed the tile grout, leaving everything spotless and looking fantastic. i was happy with the way the payment process was explained to me. all the service reps are background checked, and the credit card information is deleted right away after payment is processed. i was able to enter my own card info, so my details stayed private. i feel comfortable and safe with how everything was done.
