Due to the excessive rainfall, our main line became blocked and the toilets threatened to back up. These things always happen on a Sunday, of course, but Fast Response picked up the phone and Tim was over here within 90 minutes. Moreover, to my amazement, the fee was absolutely reasonable.

Tim from Fast Response was excellent in repairing my tankless water heater last weekend. He knew the building and the specifics about my type of water heater - that was so helpful!

Two very personable young men arrived for the estimate on replacing my water heater. They answered my questions and gave an estimate on ghe spot. When I agreed to thd work, they returned with the replacement within an hour. The work was completed very efficiently. They even replaced the water shut off valve. I couldn't have wished for better service.

David was amazing. Sewer line backup and he was here within 15 minutes. First, tried the least invasive option, and then pulled in the big guns. Left our home spotless. Cost was about half of what I thought it might be, so gave decent tip, well deserved

I had a broken water heater, called several plumbers who were not available or their voicemail box was not set up. Thank God for. Fast Response Plumbing . Not only did they answer the phone but they said they can come out the very next morning and then they replace the water heater that day. I highly Recommend them!

We had a sewer pipe leak issue in our garage. Our property management company arranged Fast Response Plumbing to fix the issue for us. CJ Tolero from Fast Response Plumbing is a super friendly, honest, and professional plumber. He got the job done in a timely manner this morning. Very happy with the service that he provided.

CJ and Oscar were great in helping resolve the backup issue in our line. CJ explained what the problem was and quickly got the job done. They were friendly and efficient. Other than getting there a little later than i expected they still arrived within the time frame I was given when I called the previous day. I have always had nothing but a great experience with Fast Response and will continue to use them.

We had issues with the clogged sewer and upon arrival, the plumbers brought a camera and their tools to troubleshoot the problem. They cleared the clogged sewer right away. They showed us the footage of the sewer pipes, gave us a recommendation on how to fix the sewer issue permanently, a quote and they were not pushy but they were professional and knowledgeable in explaining a detailed solution. City permits were promptly obtained, cleared inspection and they performed everything that was explained to us accordingly. We are very satisfied with Fast Response Plumbing as they did an excellent job and we would highly recommend anyone who has any plumbing issues to call them.

These guys are really fast as the name implies. They were able to come to my home, unclog my sewer, make sure the line was not further clogged and clean up the excess residue. They did all this, within hours from my initial call. Truly exceptional service. I would highly recommend their plumbing services to anyone who needs a quick, efficient and reliable turnaround.

Great experience. Shower drain was badly clogged so I called Fast Response in the afternoon and they had Tim out the next morning. We had a broken sewer pipe replaced by Fast Response Plumbing. They were fast (3 and 1/2 days work) the most time was spent in digging the trenches and then refilling them after the pipes were replaced. They were knowledgeable, locating exactly where the pipe would be and where it needed to be replaced, and kept the work area clean after each day’s work. The office was always helpful whenever I had any questions, whether regarding the work schedule or needed to contact the project manager. We are thoroughly satisfied with FRP and will be sure to call them again for any other plumbing issues, big or small.
