Lost power to half of the house at 4:30 in the morning. Called Point Break and the owner (Shane) said he would be happy to come right away. He was here before the sun came up and had the problem found within 30 mins. The breaker replacement was a hard to find item but Shane went out of his way to get a replacement. So if you want a true 24/7 company that has a real person answer the phone to help you, then this is the company for you. Shane didn't care that I was watching over his shoulder and happy to explain everything while he was troubleshooting. Very professional, polite and great electrician. Shane came to troubleshoot my emergency situation, I told him I needed someone out today because half my power to my house was completely out. He communicated with me extremely well and was able to schedule me in same day while already having a busy day. He was upfront about cost / troubleshooting to find the issue. He found it extremely quick ! He found that my buss bar for my main panel was melted and showed me everything and told me cost of repair. Due the severity, they had to come back the next day so they could find a place that was open to located the parts they needed.
They temporarily gave me power until they could came back next morning to make the official repair. They did a fantastic job, response time was amazing, very professional , and very friendly.
