The ease of making an appointment, consistant alerts as to delivery were exceptional and we really liked the movers. Unfortunately, we were quoted a $119 fee for the removal of a piano(which we provided pictures of) but the delivery folks said the bill was over $300 which was very frustrating and suggests a bit of a “bait and switch”. Granted the rate was surprisingly low but it’s not my job to know “fair market price’ for a piano as the removal folks intimated. Would suggest you address this as it was very frustrating and disappointing. I worked things out with them but it caused a lot angst and sullied the experience.

The crew was great! They went out of their way to ensure an orderly removal by following my wishes. They occasionally would question disposal of of items I meant to keep but overlooked. Thanks Joshua!
