We have used him for many years to trouble shoot many irrigation issues from large to small. He has always resolved my issue promptly. Always extremely nice!!!

Great work! Have used them more than once and will again. Very professional and knowledgeable in troubleshooting, installing, and repairing systems. They helped me do all of these on my very old system. Gave suggestions on options that would save money. Provided full quotes before beginning work, and has never gone over them. My property and I were treated with respect.

In lessening my outdoor plant area water consumption, Agustin's Irrigation Service replaced two valves, and a number of nozzles. Mr. Gomez completed the work in a few hours, and was knowledgeable and professional.

Pretty frustrating, I got a call back from Agustin and he wouldn't let me get a word in. I just needed to know how far out his schedule was for a major irrigation repair but was not able to ask. Instead he cut me off each time I started talking and talked extensively and repetitively about information I didn't need before telling me he needed to call other people. This is not someone who is going to listen to you.

He did call me back the next day so I give him a star for responsiveness.

In 2015, my rainbird irrigation system ceased to function. I called Mr. Augustine and he arranged to stop by after work. He confirmed the computer was nonfunctional. He returned the next day and installed a new Hunter irrigation system. This year, 1 of my irrigation control valves failed, he came out and isolated the failed valve and returned 2 days later to install a new valve. Agustin came out same day I called when I accidentally unscrewed one of my valves and didn't know how to reconnect it. He was prompt and helpful and also fixed an electrical problem for me. Very ethical and qualified. Recommend him.

Called Augustin regarding my sprinkler control box. It had suddenly stopped working after my husband did yard work. Called Augustin on Monday & was told he was busy until Friday & could come then. So I was pleasantly surprised when he called Tuesday & said he could be here by 1pm. Came early (12:45) & diagnosed it within 5-10 minutes. My husband had cut the line running from the box to sprinklers, which confirmed my suspicion of my husband's involvement. I was impressed with Augustin's honesty, he could've told me it was a more expensive fix. I went ahead & had him repair the wire for $125 ($90+$35), even though my husband could've fixed it (I figured he'd done enough 😄). I will be contacting him for landscape work in the future.

He is very knowledgeable and his work has saved me lots of money on my water bill. He is professional and friendly; you can tell he likes doing what he's doing. I have had Agustin and his crew set up and install my automatic sprinkler system control boxes. He has also constructed a drainage ditch to carry water around my garage that was getting flooded during winter rains. He has made repairs to my extensive underground sprinkler network that covers almost 1/3 of an acre on my property. He has always been on time, cleans up after the job is completed, is very honest in his pricing, and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Agustin's company if you need work with water issues.

Agustin replaced a sprinkler valve for me this morning. He arrived early which was nice. Not an easy job. The valve was calcified and hard to remove after 20 years. He had to use a torch to get it off. He had a replacement valve in his truck, didn't have to wait for him to track one down. When he identified an unusual sound he replaced his original valve with a second just to make sure. I appreciated his attention to detail. I also thought I had a leaky sprinkler. Agustin explained the new valve solved the problem so I didn't need any additional work. Price was $185 as quoted. Well worth it.

It's hard to find someone who will troubleshoot & repair existing irrigation systems. We were having a problem with our backyard stations not going on like they should I was also interested in upgrading our system to make it more efficient. The lawn was looking pretty bad with the mandatory water restrictions. I'm so happy I found Agustin's Irrigation Services. First of all, the owner, Agustin Gomez, is highly skilled, knowledgeable and personable. He recommended changes that would improve the look of our landscaping without any additional water. He gave me clear estimates for the work. After we agreed on the work to be done, he & his helper came as scheduled and completed everything within the time frame he had quoted. Best of all the final price was under the estimate! Now that the work is done I am very happy with the results! I highly recommend!!!

This is not the first time I am using Agustin’s services, he installed drip-based irrigation system in my backyard several years ago. At that time I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience.
Today he came to fix a leak in my system and replaced one of the valves as well.
His work ethics is second to none, he is very good communicator and generally - a very dependable person.

Agustin did a great job with a valve repair we needed. He was communicative, on time, honest and extremely knowledgeable.

I have used Agustin's irrigation service on many occasions including sprinkler valve failure identification and replacement, controller replacement, and system troubleshooting.
He can do it all. On his last visit, he checked out what I thought was a sprinkler leak. But he found out it was a water break at my neighbor's water meter. Agustin's early diagnosis saved me erosion issues in my backyard and for my neighbor - money.

We found Augustin to be extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. His prices are reasonable, he’s easy to work with and kept us informed with all the work he was doing. Irrigation work done included repairing broken pipes, replacing sprinkler heads, repairing valves and water pressure reducer, as well as repairing the automatic timer system. So glad we have Agustin as our go-to irrigation specialist and we highly recommend him.

We had a disappointing experience with Agustin, who canceled the job on us the night before he was supposed to go fix our sprinklers simply because we asked “too many questions” 🤣. We asked basic/reasonable questions like whether he offered a warranty, and whether we could get a receipt upon payment. Instead of clear answers, he became defensive, arguing that the job was "too small" ($325) to warrant any guarantees, saying, "What is there to warrant anyway? It's a simple job, it's not like it's a $2,000 job" (his exact words). A great and honest worker would treat every job with equal dedication, regardless of the pay, knowing that each task is an investment in future opportunities. For someone claiming to have been in the industry for so long, does he not realize that parts can have manufacturing defects? Another reviewer mentioned he tends to talk over customers… that is absolutely accurate! (My husband couldn’t get a word in)

If you’re confident in your work, why get offended over a warranty question? This job may have been $325, but we’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for larger projects on our properties. He also got upset that we didn’t mention it was a rental property, which is completely irrelevant to the task (maybe he thinks he could have charged more?).

In the end, we're glad this lazy and greedy individual revealed his true colors and canceled, sparing us the misfortune of working with him. We found someone much nicer and more professional to complete the "small job" the very next day, offering a one-year full warranty at less than half the cost Agustin quoted. Now that's someone who truly takes pride in their work.

I met and hired Agustin a few years back. He has done excellent work for me in updating my irrigation system with both sprinklers and a new irrigation system timer box. When I had an unrelated PVC pipe leak, he responded quickly and repaired the problem. I have found him to be friendly, honest, professional, and he has some of the best communication skills I have found out there. I would highly recommend Agustin's Irrigation Service. People like him are hard to find these days.
