The guys that took my items were fantastic. They were both very polite and conscientious of not damaging any walls with our heavy items. Also a very fair price. I couldn’t be happier with their service!

Mike with Junk King was amazing! I called for an urgent junk removal and he had his crew there in a few hours. Lee, Eli & Carlos showed up and removed everything with high precision and amazing execution.

This company is my forever goto for any junk removal project. Not to mention, they will try and salvage the some of the junk and repurpose it which makes my clients happy to know it’s not heading to the landfills automatically. :)

Mike and Alex were quick and communicative. It was easy to book and they came out the same day. Price is based on “truck loads”. I would have liked the price sheet shown on the website for transparency so I could have an estimated price range in mind.

Unprofessional and opportunistic. Their team arrived several hours after the agreed time with no follow-up. I was no longer home when they showed up. Despite being told in advance that the items were only recyclable cardboard, they quoted an unclear price on arrival. When we questioned the amount especially given that it was only recyclable cardboard the interaction felt opportunistic, as if the price was being pushed simply because they were already on site. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, communication, and pricing clarity. I wanted to resolve this the same day, but the missed schedule, lack of communication, and unreasonable pricing made that impossible. I would not recommend them

Junk King came and hailed an extreme amount of items quickly for a reasonable price. The men who came were very nice. Extremely satisfied with their service.

Scheduling was super fast and easy online. Got several texts letting me know when they would be arriving. They picked up all my stuff quickly, and were very polite and friendly.

This is a very well run company. They were great on the initial phone call, they gave me a reasonable time frame, they kept me informed as to their progress, they notified me that they were 20 minutes away, they showed up 20 minutes later, they gave me a quote with a bit of a discount and they took everything I had set out. This is our second time using them and they were great both times.

Very prompt on getting back to me. Had the appointment for the following morning. Driver called when he arrived at my house. Because of truck size issues, was able to reduce the price to a reasonable rate. Picked up the items, we took care of the payment, and off he went! I have used Junk King a number of times over the past, and have been completely satisfied with the service.

I found junk. King online, made an online reservation for a quote, which followed by immediate disposal of a very heavy safe. Prices were fair and the workers were communicative, friendly, and got the job done.

I had a good experience with Junk King San Diego for my garage cleanup. They were prompt, arriving within an hour of my call and providing a free on-site quote. The team was professional and got the job done quickly, clearing out everything in about 10 minutes. While the pricing was higher than I initially expected, they did work with me, which I appreciated. And I feel and the amount I ultimately paid was very fair. Overall, it was a smooth experience, with wonderful customer service and I’d surely consider using them again.

Junk King removed a truck load of old patio furniture and a hot tub from my back yard. The tsam was on time very professional and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!
