Super easy to schedule and on time. The guys got there, we did a walk around, and they went to work. They took care of everything that I asked and did it as quickly as possible. I also enjoyed talking to the two gentlemen, who showed themselves to be great ambassadors of their company.

That was the easiest, quickest, and most smooth junk pickup. I appreciate the efficiency and the fact that I didn’t have to carry any items. I just pointed to where it was, which were in different parts of my house, and they took care of the rest. They were in and out within 15 minutes. Will be using again in the future.

Best price in town to remove my old couch. They try to recycle or repurpose items which I appreciate. Communication was excellent through texts. They called me on the day of the removal to let me know they were on the way. Thanks Junk King for creating a positive experience! I highly recommend this company.

Over priced…. Late, Took forever to arrive. Guys who came were nice that was about it. $250 to pick up a couch and two twin sized head boards. Took up 1/4th of their tiny truck and was charged for a half - full truck load and was given a “discount”. It’s not a discount when you over charge. Will not be using these crooks again. Plenty of other junk removal services with much better pricing.

They were amazing! Punctual, fast and easy to talk to. Everything from my driveway was taken away in 5 minutes! Next time I need items removed I’ll be contacting them for sure!

Junk KING does it again! We had to call this company for a 2nd time for another pick up. They were so awesome the first round. Today we received excellent customer service from “Sam” and “Rylin” they definitely are a great duo! Professional, great rate, great energy, great customer service! We will continue to support this business in the future in the San Diego (Chula Vista) Area.

Once again Junk King came and did great work eliminating everything I wanted gone and leaving the area swept clean. I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing these services. Thanks guys!

Tree butcher, not tree expert. If you need someone to run a chainsaw and chipper - they may meet your threshold but if you want an arborist who will support the beauty, strength, and health for your trees then look elsewhere. Find an arborist, this is one of the many companies who will forever ruin your trees. They topped the trees in my HOA and as a result our beautiful 50 year old grove is ruined forever.

Expert? I think not. Unless (since the BBB says they only have one employee, he's the expert and we just never see him).
First of all, these guys are just complete jerks. They don't do what they say they're going to do and then spend and hour and a half leaf-blowing an asphalt parking lot...and the sidewalk...and Grand Ave. Leaf blowing the road. At 9am. So they can get paid.
The guy at our place generally spends half or more of his time on his cell phone or sitting around smoking cigarettes. I called to complain and spoke to Debbie, who said she'd have a supervisor call me. Nope. Nobody called. So, I gave it a week or so and then wrote an email. No response.
These guys are the worst of the worst. Rude landscapers that mutter Spanish obscenities at you under their breath when you walk by (I speak Spanish, a-hole...but nice try), management that will not get back to you, ever (or an incompetent receptionist, either way) and then they blow trash into the bushes and leave it there. Nice and thanks.
Don't even consider these guys. RUN in the other direction and make sure that you brush up on your Spanish, so you can catch the insults and excuses they throw at you as you run away. The. WORST.

Greenstone paid to remove a tree plus roots they did not remove the roots (tree suckers growing back) and they will not help, just take my calls and never respond!

Within hours of creating a request on home advisor, Steve reached out and came to give us a quote. He was super professional, up front about what he could and could not do, and gave us a very competitive quote. We had over 5 quotes and decided to go with Greenstone because of their price and professionalism. The day of the job, the crew showed up early to assess the job and got right to work at 8. These guys were PROs! They cut down a HUGE tree and grinded away the stump and roots. It was a big job and the crew worked super hard. They cleaned up everything when they were done and we are very happy with the results.

Over a 10 year period, we used six (6) palm tree trimming companies to trim the 18 palms on our property. The reason for this is we couldn't find a trimming service that performed well for the compensation provided.

Using Home Advisor, we found Greenstone Landcare.The owner, Daniel Villapando, came to our house to survey the work and provide a quote. After describing how they work and presenting a very competitive quote, we decided to have GS perform the work. Two and a half years later, we continue to use GS as they are the very best at what they do.

First, their team arrives on time, brings the right equipment, including a large chipper, and methodically performs the work. We like the fact that they use an extension ladder to climb the tree only using the spikes to access the tree top.

Second, they are very careful with the trimmings falling to the ground -- branches, seed pods, and shoots to ensure they don't harm sprinklers, landscape lighting and fencing. Their care on the job is outstanding.

Third, they are professional tree trimmers and they do excellent work. And, their price is very competitive given all they do and the quality of the work.

Without question, I strongly recommend GS for your tree trimming and landscape needs. In their business, none better!

Very professional and high quality. They helped setup our outdoor patio and garden with DG, automatic water system and soil for the planters. Everything they uses is high quality at reasonable prices. You won’t be disappointed!
