M&I Maids was my first experience with a maid service. They were very professional when scheduling a date and time. They arrived on time and the house had not been this clean in years. I am continually surprised by thing I find that were cleaned. I have a small house but there was nothing passed over. I will definitely use there service again.

M&I Maids is the best home help service I have invited into my home in the last twenty years. My needs are simple, mainly kitchen and bathroom cleaning. But, I am given the same thorough attention that I would receive if my entire house was their task. They are on time, friendly, and conversational, providing me with a personable respite from a day spent alone at home. The owner, Nadia, has been to my home for service. But, her employees all provide me service as if they were the owners as well. Nadia was very flexible with scheduling my service. As a first time recipient of professional cleaning, I didn’t know quite what to expect. I had some big jobs that needed attention along with the usual dust and polishing, general bathroom areas and a going over the carpet and tile. 2 1/2 hours were not enough for all the work to be done. They stayed a total of 4 hours to finish the top things on my list. I was impressed with their hard work ethics. I’m assuming the remainder of the smaller, maintenance things will get picked up next time, but it’s nice to have clean blinds again, along with a ceiling fan that looks practically new. My shower looks good as well.

Had excellent customer service in the garden center, employee was very knowledgeable with plants!

The soil of plants is all dry and the bathrooms are nasty there's no seat covers or toilet paper, there's usually only one cashier.

They don't have anything to cover when u buy soil bag, they will tell you go to the other side to get it from the garden

Horrible happened tonight，I was trying to ask one of the employee about super glue, after I found one employee with white hair and mustache he asked me to step away from him and Keep six feets distance. Funny thing is he didn't wear a mask. I don't know what's going on with this country and this community or I can say this home depot.

In that department are easily distracted.

They start by helping you out initially, then another customer comes and they forget about you !

This happened to me today ! I had to wait 30 minutes
To get (2) small paint samples

Proper service would be starting with one customer
And competing his/her needs then going on to the next customer

If you can't multitask don't extend yourself! Stay with your current task and move on!

Jeff in the Garden is great. He greets customers and asks if they need any help. When I ask him some questions, he took the time to answer them, gave helpful advice, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. His knowledge and positive attitude truly stand out. I highly recommend asking for Jeff if you need help in the garden section!
