As a realtor, finding a good home inspector is one of the most important aspects of the home buying process for my clients. My inspector, Cristian was fast and efficient. Time was of the essence for one of my clients. I called and our inspection occurred 24hrs later. Less than 48hrs after that, we had our report in hand! I highly recommend!!

I had an unidentified leak at my house that tripled my water bill. Contacted Cristian and he quickly was able to assist me in determining the leak and how to remediate. He was both very responsive and extremely helpful. Highly recommend contacting his services for your future plumbing needs

Excellent service! I've been meaning to post a review for a while now and keep forgetting. We originally were not planning on getting a home inspector because builders can make it notoriously difficult to schedule them the way THEY want it done. Cristian was extremely quick to respond and extremely friendly. He had reasonable availability, but sadly since we had waited, we needed him sooner. He asked us which date we needed and was able to make it work for us! His report was detailed and great to read. The builder was required to address some of the items he found, which is amazing!

I also needed arial shots of my yards and since I knew Cristian uses a drone to inspect your roof, I asked him if he would be willing to take pictures for me (at a cost). He offered to come by and take them for me as a favor (which is why I'm ashamed it took me so long to write a review). Was able to actually meet him and shake his hand since we were not living here yet when he did our home inspection for us. Very friendly young man, great customer service, and excellent at his job. 10/10, have already recommended him to my neighbors for their 1 year inspection.

We had Cal-West complete a pool remodel at our home. We had a 1980's style pool that looked tired, dated and would annually turn into a mud pit from runoff from the rains. In order to avoid the evil stares of my pool guy, we decided it was time for a remodel. Cal-West took care of us, from pebble and tile selection to concrete design. Communication was maintained throughout the entire process to keep us appraised of the progress along the way. We also had our skimmer replaced and old rock fountain replaced will a simple fountain installed under the coping of the new raised wall. No more mud floods, and we look forward to spending many relaxing days pool-side for several summers to come!

Cynthia, Juan and their entire crew was incredible to work with for our new pool! They were patient with us, and treated our pool build as though they would for themselves. We have a 34 year old indoor pool that needed resurfaced. Cal -west came out and gave us a fair bid. They were able to handle the complexity of dealing with the indoor pool very well. They showed up each day they said they would and did a great job. They cleaned up well and it only took about a week to start enjoying the pool again.
