The workers were fast and did a good job. The managers were professional and listened to our needs and design ideas. I would recommend the to our friends and neighbors.

We just had our whole front yard and back lawn replaced with turf and pavers. We absolutely love it! It was a pleasure through the whole process from meeting Shannon Stanley to Javier Rodriguez and Marecela!!
They said the work would take about two weeks and they were finished in a week and a half. Marecela and her crew were so professional and so nice to see everyday. We would have them at our house anytime.
I would recommend System Pavers to anyone who is looking to upgrade their yard and have a company you can trust- but most importantly- that you can talk to about it all.

System Pavers completed our huge (4 car garage) driveway 10 years ago this month, and it still looks spectacular. Our install crew was top-notch; they were truly artisans. The design so compliments our home that we have had many inquiries about System Pavers, and earned several referral bonuses, too! Part of the reason we chose System Pavers is their 25-year guarantee. Twice in 10 years we have noticed some slight dipping where the pavers meet the sidewalk, and both times they have sent their crew to raise and re-sand them, free of charge. Talented designers, excellent workmanship, and unmatched customer service even 10 years down the road. Definitely a 5- star company!

System pavers done a great job to transform my backyard with pavers and artificial grass. Design consultant Jose, construction manager Beau are very helpful, described the process very well, communicated promptly for any kind of delay or any issues, more over they are always reachable and guided me throughout the process. I am very happy how it turned out. Big thanks to all the construction workers too.

We are currently getting our backyard fixed and so far my husband and I are very impressed with the progress. Javier, who i believe is the project lead is awesome. He's always communicating with us regarding any progress or issues with the project. His team is also very punctual and hardworking. I can't wait til the finish product

We went with System Pavers after getting a few quotes and shopping around for a few weeks and we are extremely glad we did. We needed turf added where our lawn was as well as paver work done and they made the process seamless from beginning to end. Our Design Consultant Chris Van Rossum spelled out the processes thoroughly and helped with design ideas and product choices. Our Project Manager Javier Rodriguez explained the details and timing of the job and checked in regularly with updates and our Foreman Leo got the work done in only 4 days with no delays even with spotty weather. Recommend system pavers and this team.

System Pavers did a great job on the bare dirt backyard of my new construction home! I first met with the designer Morgan Osegueda who utilized our limited space to the fullest and made several suggestions we ultimately followed through with. He was great to work with and really spent time with us to make sure we got what we wanted. Not pushy or overbearing at all. It felt like a friend giving us advice.

Daniel was our project manager - he communicated what would happen and when, as well as time frame for the completion of our project, giving us updates throughout when we were at work. He also did a walk through at the end to make sure we were happy with the work and to explain our warranty and claims process to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

I will definitely use System Pavers again in the future when it’s time to replace my driveway and add some steps out front. All we have to do now is add some trees, plants and a pergola.

Chris and Javier both have reached out and are doing their best to help take care of this issue. I appreciate their patience and value their advice. At the moment my best option seems to get a soil evaluation done which will get to the root cause of this shift in pavers. Will update this review with completed pictures once project is completed with details on how it was done so people with similar land/soil conditions can get some information as well.
Updating review today (9/9/25) giving them 1 star so that I can edit. No response from their area manager Chris upon multiple attempts to reach out. Seems like he likes to dust off his hands after work is done. He promised will do repairs end of July then got pushed to beginning of August and now its almost end of first week of September which makes me question system pavers integrity and ethics. At the moment am trying to get a lawyer to make right what they definitely did wrong. Am never going to recommend this company for any big projects. They are only good for small projects. My project cost me $80,0000.

At first I was excited after the completion of work performed. Then came the rain and the pavers moved. Complained to System pavers, they came and said they will fix it this time but we should have gotten a soul engineers report. How were we supposed to know this. After a month of repairs done by them, the gaps as shown in the pictures appeared again. I called customer service and one of their area supervisors came over. It has been almost 3 weeks and not a word from them. The project we had done was close to $80,0000. Having spent that much money, putting trust in this company and their unresponsiveness is highly unprofessional. Will definitely not recommend this company for large landscaping.

Javier Rodriguez is an incredible project manager! The backyard project is progressing at lightning speed, and the support has been top-notch. Javier is always ready to answer any questions and is super understanding of my feedback. He has this amazing way of explaining things that even I can understand the complexities of building the pavers, turf, wall, and a deck. I’ve had an incredible experience with System Pavers, starting with Andre Nelson, who went above and beyond with the designs. A massive shoutout to everyone involved. I’ll update the review as the project progresses!

System Pavers did a wonderful job on our paver project. From the start, meeting with Chris, our salesman, and then working with Tony, the Project Manager, was a very positive experience. Chris spent time with us going over what we wanted and what we could expect from the process. He was very responsive to the questions we had. Tony was an awesome project manager. He was always on top of what was going on and did a great job of keeping us informed, visiting with us daily on the progress of the job, and answered our questions and concerns timely. Both of them provided great customer service. The workers were also very hard workers and cleaned up every day. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our working relationship with System Pavers and the outcome of our backyard project.

I had a pool put in my backyard and did not want to add more plain concrete to two areas that needed hardscape coverage. After much online research I could see that System Pavers was the best company to go with. I was completely satisfied with the entire process. A design consultant Jacqueline Penick met with me and within an hour we worked out the plans. This included a beautiful design and well-thought-out drainage. My project manager Javier Rodriguez was very competent in all areas and easy to reach at all times. Javier provided a hard-working crew with Ignacio as foreman. They tackled some unforeseen problems with my existing drainage and worked with me to add a gas line beneath the pavers. The pavers are beautiful and solid. The quality of their work was professional in all respects. Thanks to System Pavers and a great team my back yard will look like a resort when the next steps are completed.

I have used System Pavers for 3 jobs now and they are fantastic! Ours sales person (Bill) and my project manager (Beau) were the same for all 3 jobs and they are the best. Bill focuses on value and you needs during the sales process and Beau makes sure everything gets done the right way. You won’t go wrong with these guys. IMO they are worth every penny.

We are extremely happy with the work System Pavers did on our backyard. They installed artificial turf and pavers, and the results are outstanding.

From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally. Communication was clear, the schedule was kept, and the crew showed up on time and worked hard every day.

The turf looks natural and clean, and the pavers were installed perfectly—level, solid, and with great attention to detail. Our backyard has been completely transformed and now looks beautiful and low-maintenance.

Sox months after getting my back yard paradise, I damaged one paver,. I was sick.., I called Javier Rodriguez and he personally came to my house to see the damage , took measurements and offered to replace the paver at NO charge ! I know I chose the best company with great work and customer satisfaction!

When I first toured the house that I would eventually buy, I noticed right off that the patio would have to be redone. The previous owner had put down some flagstone atop a bed of pea gravel. The stones were uneven and presented a tripping hazard. Right after moving day, I had all the flagstones picked up and set aside. It took a few weeks for me to get the ball rolling on finding a company to make my patio safe, functional and beautiful but once I met with the designer from System Pavers, I never looked back and knew I had made the right choice in choosing them to do the job. Once the contract was signed and I had received HOA approval, they were able to get me on the calendar quickly. I was very impressed with the Project Manager's responsiveness to my needs and his dedication to making sure things were done to my satisfaction. He also has a great crew working for him. I loved the dedication and positivity of all of the crew how they took pride in their workmanship. They were only too happy for me to come out and take a look at their progress. In just four days time, they were able to transform a gravel pit into a beautiful space for me and my new puppy. There is still more to be done before my patio is complete, but System Pavers did their part in making my dream come true.

What an incredible experience from start to finish!! Gary Goings was our designer and knocked it out of the park. The installation process was smooth and easy. Beau was our project manager and with him in the lead it was the best experience I’ve had with a contractor ever. If you value quality of work and craftsmanship ship this is your company. System Pavers of Sacramento/Elk Grove was absolutely incredible. They Make you feel like family and the customer service is top-notch. My wife and I did a project recently to our backyard and they exceeded our expectations on what we thought could be possible in our backyard. We absolutely love it. Mark Jose, Isaac and Jorge were extremely great to work with . They modified and made adjustments that met our needs To give us a dream backyard. We will definitely be working with them again for any and all projects.

We ordered our Tuff Shed through the Stockton showroom on Teepee Drive in Early February (2024) and the complete transaction including installation required less than two weeks. We were particularly pleased with our interaction with Ms. Tammy Busby who assisted us with selecting the options for the basic shed to fit our needs. It was also helpful as the Stockton facility includes a showroom that presents several full scale sheds which makes it much easier to see the various options and decide what configuration and size was best for us. We were routinely updated on the fabrication progress and the actual installation took less than three hours (for a 8' x 10" shed). The construction is very sturdy and the installation crew provided all necessary services for installation on our relatively flat building site. We would particularly recommend to anyone considering a shed to include the optional transom windows as they let in a lot of light without the heat of a skylight. Altogether it was a pleasant experience and we would recommend working with the Stockton Tuff Shed office to anyone needing a shed.

Our experience ay tuff shed was amazing Tammy's custom service was out standing. She was kind and attentive to us as soon as we entered the facility. He knowlge of the product and explanations were truly impressive. I would highly recommend tuff shed large in part due to here custom service.

Immediately helped when I arrived. Asked what I need, what I am looking for and proceeded to educate me with their products. It feels more of informing the customer rather than a sales talk. Very refreshing. If you are serious about your shed I would recommend this place. It is different from buying at home depot.
