The installation process was very quick after placing the order, and the installation team did a great job and were extremely respectful while on my property to the entire family. The installation was perfect, the contractors/brothers were very professional, they took care of my property and the equipment very well. They were quick and efficient, very respectful and worked together beautifully like a well oiled machine. The installation was flawless I am so excited and more than pleased with the purchase! Every aspect of this purchase was easy, especially for me this was my first shed purchase and from my very first call the process was smooth. The only call out I have regarding the process was my scheduling I didn't receive confirmation of the date/time so I reached out for that. Swan Pools was the only option in our area that entertained our financial situation, and was able to recommend a good loan company to us... If it weren't for jessica I would have just believed the other places we called who said a pool was out of our budget... keep the dream alive! 🙂

Tom Willard head of Swan Pools is a very unethical person. I strongly would not recommend doing business with them . After promising to fix my plaster on my pool , he would use delay tactics to get out of doing repairs . Have given them more than adequate time to step up , they refuse to answer my call . They will promise quality pools but don’t stand behind their work .Sad to say now forced to take legal action against Swan Pools

Julio was my salesman and was very enthusiastic without being pushy. When construction was taking a bit longer than I thought it would to get started I was directed to the permit technician Ryan and he explained the whole situation. He said we want to do it right and not dig without permission from the city, I appreciated both of their honesties.. I am very very pleased with the final product

Swan Pools provided warranty service for the pool built in my parents house years ago. They asked me to leave an online review and I obliged them because they did all of the crack repairs free of charge. I guess that all of their pools come with a lifetime warranty, it saved me a lot of headache. I want to thank Tom for being so helpful during the process!

Julio at swan pools sold me the backyard I always wanted, not just pool but also the landscaping I had envisioned. It's always nice to support a company that has bilingual employees as well. For 60000 we could not find anyone who promised anything even close to this. Construction crew was a bit messy but oh well nobody is perfect. I'd recommend you guys to anyone who asks.

Checked out swan pools because my neighbor used them and his pool looks great... Dave helped us through the whole process and we're really happy with the final product. It took a while longer than expected but we started in the winter and we still had the project ready by the summer 🙂

Swan pools built my pool in 2013, and I'm leaving this review now because I recently used their lifetime warranty for a crack in my plaster. They were super fast coming out to check on it and fix it, free of charge. Taking care of a customer like that a decade after you've already gotten their money is not something i've experienced from anyone else, so when they asked me to leave them a review online afterwards i said i'd be more than happy to do it. Thanks to pat for getting it all scheduled!

Swan pools reached out for a review on our pool built in 2019, what can i say? Holding up just fine and looks about as beautiful as the day it was installed. My kids love it. The salesman rich who sold it to us was as friendly as can be. Most salesman and construction workers are a pain in the butt and can't stick to their timetable. Yes it did take a little longer than i thought it would but at least swan were nice people. Overall, 5 stars!
