Carlos and his team are amazing. I had fire in my kitchen and smoke damage though out my entire house. They had to totally remodel my Kitchen and Repaint my entire house. They also had to replace my carpet upstairs. Kitchen looks amazing beautiful because of Carlos and his team dedication. I now Love my entire house.

Staying at the Hoptel at San Francisco Veterans hospital. They have accommodated us in the new hotel. It looks great but sadly the heat system and hot water system fails to keep up. Tried to turn on the heat and got nothing. Waters been running in the shower for 20 min now and still no hot water. Ive stayed 3 different times in 3 different rooms and they were all the same, no heat and no hot water. The company that built this facility has no pride for the veterans who served this country. Im a retired contractor of 28 yrs and a Navy Seabee. (Naval Construction) of 8 yrs. I be ashamed with this quality of construction. Still Veterans Affairs awards them more contracts. Hey about fixing what you already built!

I can't say enough great things about Luis and his crew. They saved us when we had a water leak in our master bath and kitchen. After we had another company do water mitigation at our home in Tracy, Luis and his team came in and expertly replaced our damaged sink vanity, faucet, and plumbing infrastructure, as well as re-installed our oven, microwave and their cabinet that got displaced during water mitigation. They even eyed and corrected a few things the builders got wrong in our house (i.e. non-matching paint, no insulation). No attitude, no fuss, and no complaining from these guys. Just quiet expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend UI Construction for any home repair or remodeling.

I am a Realtor and he has completed numerous projects for my friends and clients from Kitchen remodels to creating an ADU. All have been very pleased with the quality of his work . Over 20 years of hiring workers and these guys are seriously the best! On time everyday, trustworthy, clean, definitely hard working. The new room addition went so smooth even with winter weather they were there.

Luis and his men did the repairing of my office and they did an excellent job. His men were always on time, respectful and they listened to every single detail I wanted and created it just how i imagined. Even after I missed to tell them something I wanted, they came back to add the detail i unfortunately forgot to mention.

First, our bathroom floor was a disaster after a leak and they completely transformed it. Edit April 2025: I hired them to build me a new side gate and it is both gorgeous and sturdy.

Met with Luis the owner regarding work at a commercial property where the tenant had done work without a permit. The situation was a big mess and Luis was willing to step in and assist with the project. Luis worked with the inspector and was able to get to a point to get things passed. There is still things that need to be done to finish things off and can't thank Luis enough for stepping in to get us to the point where we are. I would defiantly refer Luis for other projects to friends and family.

Luis and his team did a great job on a bedroom addition I requested. The team was professional and proficient. There was a little miscommunication on completeness however Luis remedied the situation quickly and above and beyond expectations. I would recommend him and would hire him again for future projects.

Luis and his team are top-notch professionals. I was purchasing a home and had to have a major repair done as a condition of escrow. Moving and purchasing a house is already a very stressful process, but from the time that Luis came to bid the job from the time that the work was complete he put my mind at ease and made the process smoother. Him and his team did a Fantastic job on my garage repair. They had to do some framing and stucco work and everything turned out great. They are reliable and show up when they say they’re gonna show up plus, they were very quick to get the job done. I would highly recommend unique innovations for any of your construction needs.

We were so impressed with Luis Castro and his crew at Unique Innovations. Luis was quick to respond through the entire process, from the initial walk through and planning process to the final walk through. We met with several contractors to to get bids for our project - to remodel and expand the upstairs bathroom in our 1925 home - and Luis was the only contractor who really listened to our vision for the room, and gave us the most complete plan and thorough bid for the work required to make it happen. Once he and his crew started work, the project came together quickly. They would have finished ahead of schedule had we not run into supply issues with the shower door we selected. Even then, the work was done quickly, and professionally. These guys did such amazing work. Our bathroom is beautiful. We plan on reaching out again for the next big home renovation we plan. I highly recommend Luis and his team.

Had my whole house stuccoed, They did a perfect job and were super professional. They also did my tile flooring inside and im super happy with the way it came out. I will for sure contact them when i buy another home. Thank you guys!!!

Phillips Construction did a great job on the exterior on my house from start to finish and went above and beyond to make every aspect of the construction go smooth. The workers were excellent did great and picked up every time at the end of the day. I'm looking at having them do more work in the future.
