person who answers the phone really does not listen to you while your talking answers over you. would love to have used this company but ill look for another construction company owner should look into moving the lady who answers the phone before he keeps losing more business

Joe (The owner) came as scheduled and assessed the issue with my doors, very old and solid, and then took several measures to remedy the problems. Great work, great rate, and I’ll be calling on them for all of my home’s issues as they arise!

I would have loved to work with this company because of all the great reviews. But they were not responsive in slightest, I had to call weekly for updates on my estimate (it took over a month for them to get back to me with an estimate and I was told it would only take two weeks). I was told when the guy came out to look at all the work we wanted done that they would itemize all the projects so we can see what we can afford to have done right now. When I got the estimate everything was lumped together and the price seemed way too high. I asked how much it would cost just to have 2 of our most necessary projects done (hoping it would be in our budget) and was told they can’t itemize anything which means they can’t tell me what it would cost to get those projects done which essentially means they won’t work with me. Really frustrated.

I've dealt with Joe and his company many times, and each time has been a pleasure to deal with. First, Joe and his team built our Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery and even though we picked an opening date 8 months prior, we actually hit it right on!!! It was amazing and if you have ever done a construction project hitting an exact date is damn near impossible. Subsequent interactions and projects have been smaller, but the response and result have been exactly the same - on time every time. Many times when the "big project" is ever, your GC will leave you and move on to the "next big thing". Not Joe, even 5 years down the road, he is still just as responsive as ever!!!!!

I found Phillips Construction to be the most professional, responsive, competent and timely company that I have encounterd, both at home and in business. Nothing less than perfection is clearly the goal. I highly recommend them to everyone.
