I had gone through serval termite vendors until I came across California Pest Control. They go above and beyond for us. We have made them our preferred vendor. James is awesome!

We have used these services for over a year and continue to be pleased with their responsive, on time appointments and services. They do a good job cleaning the eaves and spraying. Their services are professional and polite. Good outcome: no more ants in our home!

I have been working with California Pest Control for many years! They do amazing work and ALWAYS stand by their word, even though there's a work order signed by all parties, they do what it takes to keep things moving forward.The best thing I love about CPC is they will look at other repair costs from other companies & compete with their bid so the sellers/buyers can afford the work to be done and we can close in a timely manner! I have to say I have never been disappointed with the work performed and how professional the all are!!

We've tried other companies and had continuous problems. We finally decided to call California Pest Control & hopped on a bi-monthly plan and we have not seen anything in months! They are also extremely professional. Dave will call to give updates and check in on problems in and around the house. I also love that they have a feature to pay online. We are going to continue service with them, I love the preventive measures and peace of mind that California Pest Control has given our family.

California pest control is the best company out there. My technician, David, does an excellent job and I literally haven’t seen a bug on my property in months! We've had many pest control companies over the years and California Pest control is the best yet. Our technician Marisol is one of the reasons. She takes care of business, no fuss no muss. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She has that old school work ethic that is missing in so many of today's businesses. If you are looking for a new pest control service give them a try. California Pest Control did an awesome job treating my clients new home. It was a quick and pretty easy treatment. They were in and out in about 30 minutes, and they even arrived early! I would definitely recommend them to my clients in the future!

Do not use this company. They allowed someone to schedule an appointment for my apartment. I was not aware of this appointment nor did I confirm with the company. I work and would need to know about a potential appointment. This way I can communicate with my place of work for time off.

I reached out to the company because my apartment property management, are charging me almost $300 for missed appointments. So, asked them to let me know who scheduled the appointment, and or who did the technician speak with in regards to 3 missed appointments.

They just kept directing me to my property management. They have records of who scheduled an appointment and won't inform me of the who.

They are not a trustworthy business, do not use their services.

I had my first service with California Pest Control today so I cannot speak on the pest control care quite yet (though I have no doubts), but John was my tech and he was such a nice guy. He is extremely friendly with a very kind and gentle demeanor. It felt like I made a friend today and he shared that he was going to be my normal tech. They assign one to each customer which is nice to always know who will be coming to your home. I appreciated how comfortable John made me feel with being in my home and I look forward to my continued service with California Pest Control.

Service has been great! Got rid of the wasps and nests. Clear the cobwebs every time. Customer service is excellent! We have used them for termites and they were great for that as well.

I had a few different companies come out for a termite problem and I was not confident in any of them so I called a friend and asked if she had a referral. That’s how I came into contact with James. He was informative, professional, and personable. I appreciated his honesty in not trying to sell me on services for pests we knew I didn’t have. The other companies all had done so, without exception. And James was the only one of them who followed up with me.
The office staff was unlike the other companies as well. They were courteous and professional. The other companies’ staff left me asking, “Why am I even dealing with these people?” It’s sad that decent customer service should be a bonus and not a standard, but I definitely got it here.
And on my treatment day Dave was just a genuinely nice man to deal with. Even my grumpy old dog appreciated his manners. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use California Pest Control.

Its been two years sin e I have been with CA Pest Control now and my new rep is Aaron S. He is so awesome! He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, kind, and insightful of his craft. This business is very attentive to detail and they give over and above customer service. I highly recommend California Pest Control as they are the "Dream Team" of pest control professionals!. California Pest Control is great! We have a monthly preventative service set up and they are always on time. It's rare to see a bug or critter anywhere on the property. I highly recommend their services!
