There is a lot of loitering there and ppl asking for money.

I dropped off two suits a blazer and five shirts I asked for the shirts to be pressed cleaned and starched none of this was done in fact it looked like cat hair was on my shirts I don't even have a cat
When they ironed it the iron the lines are crooked and now my clothes looks retarded with lines all over
They did not use any starch on my shirts either

The service was adequate.
The clothes were clean.
The price was competitive.
For my simple needs it is good enough to return.

Personally I find it very unethical to double the printed total without consent of your customers. The receipt total $13.40 day of pickup price $29.40 increased +$16, common courtesy is to either call or text your customer. Reason being my shirt size is small which requires extra work, very appointing. My guess it's your normal business practice.

Work is limited. Couldn't fix a simple zipper head because the coat was too big. Both items didn't look very professionally cleaned. Even though they we're nice.
I won't be going back. Even they reccomeded to go to another dry cleaners.

Love it! Great customer service. I'm also a previous employee and the owner was a great employer. I won't take any of my dry cleaning or alterations anywhere else but Parkwoods Cleaners. It's crazy how much he knows about fabrics 😳😁

I went to the cleaners over month ago. I brought my husband a Bronco sports jacket to be cleaned mind you this was a New coat that he wanted cleaned. When I went to pick up the coat the fabric of the coat was faded the cuff of the coat is brighter then the coat itself. So I brought the coat back and asked what happened? The coat has faded to the point as if the coat is old. I asked how the washed the coat. The long story short, the owner said which I got second hand I never personally spoke to the owner. The staff member stated that he wanted to see the coat and do his own research and he will be calling my husband and let him know what he is going to do. I was told he would take care of the staff men asked how much we paid for the coat and she said she would inform him.
Well I went to pick up the coat today which was been 2 months. All I was told is that this fabric fades when washed. Which is true if you wash in hot water and if you dry the coat. Mind you they ruined one of his Tom ford custom made shirt as well . The dress shirt cost more than the coat. If you have any expensive clothing don’t bring them here. This places doesn’t care if they ruined anything all together with both clothing items was a decent amount of money., but for me it was the way I was treated with lack of customer service. If someone tells you something and they don’t follow through is so not right. I would have given them a zero if I was able to. I was more than patient with is place. Just do what is right don’t blow someone off because you don’t want to deal with the situation. STAT AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION.

Credit Card machine broken for months. Phones always forwarded to voicemail, so after driving to pickup days after due date, only to be told not ready. Really feels like like PW cleaners preparing to close and owner doesn't give a damn! Seriously? 4 months to replace an ATM machine?

Did a wonderful job! Looks so much better afterwards. :)
