Asked them to do part of my stairs, the workers said I had to call the office. Called the office and was given quote to do the stair at $5 each or $40 for all. I said Ill give a extra $20 so give me $20 worth. The did nothing. Really?

I have been using this company for several years.. Never had any problems, they come in and leave my carpets cleaned and soft. Never leaves my carpets soggy.

Called to hire these people to clean a vacant house. All I wanted was two people to spend 3-4 hours making it look good. They said I can pay hourly but they won’t include blinds and shutters. Or I can pay everything itemized. Why make this so hard?

The cleaners do a pretty good job most of the time but the woman who runs the office is not very professional. She called me 8 times in a row (throwback to crazy ex girlfriend) to collect a payment not even a week overdue. I already informed them I had fraud on my card and was getting a new one. I answered the phone, told her I was in a theater and wasn't next to a printer to print out their credit card form (throwback 1995) and to please stop calling. She kept calling..

Highly recommended, they did a great job on hauling junk and cleaning our home for a move out. The place looks brand new, Thanks to Serrano's Services.

Shady low class people threaten to refund my services by destroying my property...would not provide pictures of the work they had done ... left supposedly clean floors filmy and still dirt . House was half cleaned at best.. they are still in posession of my keys...

Carolina and Serranos services, 24011 Ingomar Grade, Los Banos, CA 93635,. Serranos Services due to your threats to destroy my property in lue of payment...no one would feel comfortable giving you their credit card information... you were offered someday payment via money gram at a Walmart of your choice and you insisted to refund the services via destroying the property and not providing any pictures to confirm you had done any work at all... I contacted the police, after you demanded to keep the keys and destroy the property at 9264 little creek circle stockton CA 95209.

You will not bully or intimidate me to get me to retract this review. Last i checked you had 8 reviews 5 of them 1 star..."bad customer service ,bad bussiness do not reccomend," is a quote... I am not the only one who feels this way... at least 5 others were dissatisfied enough to leave poor reviews... due to your poor business practices...

I have all the text messages and now this communication to report to better business bureau and that is not a threat... that is how you handle supposed bussiness like yours who steal and have questionable bussiness practices. Like stealing keys... and threatening to destroy others property .

If you call yourself cleaning houses then clean it.. for example the floors were left with a film and stench... that is not clean ... you did not have many tasks to do vaccume carpets which there were still particles left on carpet... clean ceiling fan which was still dirty... tubs still dirty...mirrors, light switch plates ...dirty... some rooms were not even on the list to be cleaned and the entire house was void of furnishings..so all you had to do was focus on the list you suggested to guide the 4 hours. What exactly did I pay for? ? ? To be threatened with a law suit because you dont think I am entitled to review your supposed service??? Or to be threatened to give you my credit card information or you will refund my services by destroying my property after you informed of a 7% fee to pay by card and would not provide pictures of supposed work? Or to be demanded a 35 late fee to pay by cash... Your practices are shameful and ridiculous... I attempted to pay by moneygram at Walmart to make sure you did not destroy my property and so you did not have access to my credit card information in any way but you refused this payment... I reccomend you get yourself some continuing education and learn how to run a bussiness, gain customer service skills,and develop customer relations...
Carolina and Serranos cleaning services have caused my family and I so much stress... I lost many hours of sleep and feared for the safety of my property since this incident and because someone with such instability is in posession of my property (stolen keys)...

The truth hurts and this is my honest review... I am very disappointed and dont appreciate your misrepresentation of the facts...

I've been using Serrano's for YEARS at least 5! Very responsive and professional. Any concerns I've had they were addressed on my next visit. I highly recommend them.

The rental unit i have was completely trashed. The cleaned it top to bottom much better than I could have imagined.. I highly recommend their service. They did an exceptional job way beyond my expectations!

The ladies got right to work and completed what I asked for in the time allocated.

My brother had mobility and other problems and had let the house descend into massive clutter, chaos and dirt. The Serrano’s came in for one very full day to resurrect the house. They removed broken furniture and other trash and they thoroughly cleaned walls, windows, floors, appliances and lavatories. The house was once again fit for habitation. The Serrano’s were dependable and professional. They certainly worked hard and gave me high quality work for good value. Best of all, they have a passion for cleanliness and they are eager to please their customers. I would certainly hire them again!

I’ve been dealing with Serano’s services for over a year. They service 2 locations for me every other week. I am very happy and satisfied with their service. They never let me down. Serrano Services did a great job cleaning my house and it smells good. The staff is very professional, they were on time and uniformed. My house is delicate, they didn’t break anything and their products did not ruin my black hardware.
I will use them again and refer them to anyone.
